基于数控渐进成形的大型雕塑拼块成形技术

【摘要】: 板料数控渐进成形技术是目前国际上一种新兴的金属板料成形技术,该技术不需要专用模具,可以通过数控设备加工出成形极限较大,形状复杂的板材零件,适合于小批量、多品种和复杂的板料产品。 本文通过对金属板料数控渐进成形技术成形机理的研究,建立了数控渐进成形工件壁厚与减薄率的计算公式,全面分析了数控渐进成形加工过程中各种因素对成形过程的影响,提出了完整的优化这些因素的方法。 本文以数控渐进成形技术为基础,提出了基于数控渐进成形的大型雕塑拼块成形技术,确立了从三维雕塑CAD造型、雕塑模型缩放及分割、添加曲面片的工艺辅助面、渐进成形加工、修整毛料到最终组合成形的整个板料数控渐进成形雕塑产品制作技术路线。 针对雕塑模型的建立,研究了应用三维CAD软件设计和采用逆向工程重建CAD雕塑曲面模型的两种不同方法;并提出了雕塑模型曲面分割的原则,以及在CAD软件中建构工艺辅助面的详细方法。同时对实际线切割加工操作中电极丝、穿丝孔的位置、线切割路线的选择及切割去除毛料的工艺技术细节展开了讨论。对于各部分雕塑成形件的组合技术也展开了详细的研究,提供了一系列的可行技术方案。 作者以爱因斯坦的头像为实例进行了雕塑制作,验证了这一套基于数控渐进成形的雕塑制作技术的可行性和优越性,为此类雕塑产品的生产提供了可靠的范例。
[Abstract]:Sheet metal NC incremental forming technology is a new kind of sheet metal forming technology in the world at present. This technology does not need special die, and can be processed into sheet metal parts with high forming limit and complex shape through numerical control equipment, which is suitable for small batch. Many varieties and complex sheet products. In this paper, through the study of forming mechanism of NC incremental forming of metal sheet, the calculation formulas of wall thickness and thinning rate of NC progressive forming workpiece are established. The influence of various factors on the forming process in NC incremental forming process is analyzed, and the method of optimizing these factors is put forward. Based on the technology of numerical control progressive forming, this paper puts forward the forming technology of large scale sculpture based on numerical control progressive forming, and establishes the technological auxiliary surface from 3D sculpture CAD modeling, sculpture model scaling and segmentation, and adding curved surface. Progressive forming process, dressing wool material to the final combination of the whole sheet metal NC incremental forming sculpture production technology route. Aiming at the establishment of sculpture model, two different methods of using 3D CAD software to design and reconstruct CAD sculpture surface model by reverse engineering are studied, and the principle of surface segmentation of sculpture model is put forward. At the same time, the position of electrode wire and piercing hole in actual wire cutting operation is discussed. The selection of wire cutting route and the technological details of cutting and removing wool are discussed. The combination technology of various parts of sculpture forming parts is also studied in detail and a series of feasible technical schemes are provided. The author takes Einstein's portrait as an example to make sculpture, which verifies the feasibility and superiority of this set of sculpture production technology based on numerical control progressive forming, and provides a reliable example for the production of this kind of sculpture products.
