【摘要】："工匠精神"是一种敬业态度及精益求精的精神理念,是高级应用型、技术型人才的一种职业素质及价值取向。在高校动漫专业人才教学中,注重对学生"工匠精神"的培养是中国经济转型升级发展的需要,是高校动漫毕业生社会生存的需要,也是提高动漫人才设计能力与品质的需要。文章认为,动漫专业教师应整合各种教育资源,注重培养动漫人才的精益求精、创造精致的设计品质和职业品格,并就此问题展开研究,希望对中国的动漫专业教育工作提供一些参考。
[Abstract]:The "craftsman spirit" is a kind of professional attitude and spirit of excellence. It is a professional quality and value orientation of advanced applied and technical talents. In the teaching of animation professionals, focusing on the cultivation of "craftsman spirit" is the need for China's economic transformation and upgrading. It's the need for college anime graduates to survive in the society, as well as the need to improve animation talents' design ability and quality. The article believes that the animation teachers should integrate various educational resources, pay attention to the improvement of animation talents, create exquisite design quality and professional character, and do some research on this problem, hoping to provide some references for Chinese animation professional education.
