初中生信息素养评测指标体系的构建与应用研究

【摘要】:随着信息技术和互联网技术在各个领域的渗透和发展,信息素养渐渐被国家和社会所重视,信息素养已成为现代公民必备的能力素质。信息素养的概念和标准也在不断的发展和完善。我国十分重视对青少年信息素养能力的培养,为此投入了大量的教育资源,而对信息素养的评测是培养和提高青少年信息素养能力关键的环节。国内外很多权威的机构和组织发布了很多信息素养评测的指标体系,但目前国内切合初中生的实际教学和身心发展特点,针对初中生这个特定群体的信息素养评测指标体系的研究还不够充分。因此,本文通过构建的初中生信息素养评测指标体系,并结合初中生的信息教育课标,形成评测问卷,最后通过实践应用和数据分析,提出了几点提升初中生信息素养的对策与建议。本研究主要做了如下工作:第一,对信息素养的概念内涵及其发展进行了相关界定和历史研究,并基于此对国内外信息素养评测指标体系的研究现状进行了梳理和总结,明确了信息素养评测指标体系的主要指标和具体内容。第二,根据国内外各信息素养评测指标体系的分析结果,结合初中生信息素养评测指标体系的构建方法和原则,构建了包含信息情感意识、信息科学知识、信息处理能力、信息伦理道德4个一级指标,11个二级指标的初中生信息素养评测指标体系。第三,结合《中小学信息技术课程标准》的要求和目标,对初中生信息素养评测指标体系的一级指标进行归纳总结,形成了《初中生信息素养评测指标问卷》,并就如何计算初中生的信息素养评测指标进行了相关说明。第四,利用《初中生信息素养评测指标问卷》,对一所初中的8个班级进行了初中生信息素养水平评测的实践研究。通过对数据的分析处理,发现了不同年级、男女之间的差异和问题。第五,针对初中生信息素养存在的主要问题,提出了提升初中生信息素养水平的几点对策与建议,如:引导和鼓励初中生在学习生活中多利用相关APP解决问题,开放学校的数字信息资源,开展信息素养的相关竞赛,利用动漫等形式宣传信息道德法规和信息安全意识,等等。
[Abstract]:With the penetration and development of information technology and Internet technology in various fields, information literacy has gradually been attached importance to by the country and society. Information literacy has become a necessary ability quality for modern citizens. The concept and standard of information literacy are also constantly developing and perfecting. Our country attaches great importance to the cultivation of teenagers' information literacy ability, and has invested a lot of educational resources in this regard. The evaluation of information literacy is the key link to cultivate and improve the ability of young people's information literacy. Many authoritative institutions and organizations at home and abroad have issued a lot of information literacy evaluation index systems. However, at present, the research on the information literacy evaluation index system of junior high school students, which is suitable for the actual teaching and physical and mental development of junior high school students in China, is not enough. Based on the information literacy evaluation index system of junior high school students and the information education curriculum standard of junior high school students, this paper forms a questionnaire, and finally through practical application and data analysis, The main work of this study is as follows: first, the concept and development of information literacy has been defined and studied. Based on this, the research status of information literacy evaluation index system at home and abroad is summarized, and the main indexes and specific contents of information literacy evaluation index system are clarified. According to the analysis results of information literacy evaluation index system at home and abroad, combined with the construction methods and principles of junior high school students' information literacy evaluation index system, this paper constructs the information emotion consciousness, information science knowledge, information processing ability. The index system of information literacy evaluation for junior high school students with 4 primary and 11 secondary indexes. Third, combining with the requirements and objectives of the Information Technology Curriculum Standard of Primary and Middle Schools, The first level index of information literacy evaluation index system of junior high school students is summarized, and the questionnaire of information literacy evaluation index of junior high school students is formed. It also explains how to calculate the information literacy evaluation index of junior high school students. 4th, By using the questionnaire of Information Literacy Evaluation Index of Junior High School students, this paper makes a practical study on the information literacy level of junior high school students in 8 classes of a junior high school. Through the analysis and processing of the data, we find different grades. The differences and problems between men and women. 5th, aiming at the main problems of junior high school students' information literacy, this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to improve the level of information literacy of junior high school students. For example: to guide and encourage junior high school students to use APP to solve problems, to open the digital information resources, to develop information literacy competition, to use animation and other forms to promote information moral laws and information security awareness, and so on.
