湖南哆咪七彩动漫公司发展战略研究

【摘要】:我国动漫产业尚处于成长期,存在着很大的发展空间,行业前景使的业外资金纷纷进入动漫企业。竞争日趋白热化,而且产业内民营经济的成份日趋高涨,民营动漫企业制定切实可行的战略方案,是其生存和发展的迫切需要。 本文首先分析了湖南哆咪七彩影视文化传播有限公司(以下简称:湖南哆咪七彩公司)外部的一般环境,接着分析了湖南哆咪七彩公司的内部环境,对企业内部资源进行评估,分析出企业发展中主要存在的问题。并且应用SWOT分析法进行分析,在明确动漫产业外部环境中的机会与挑战后,详细研究了湖南哆咪七彩公司的内部资源与能力并对其做出了科学的评估。在此基础上,对湖南哆咪七彩公司产业战略的选择、战略的重点进行研究,运用战略管理理论工具制定了湖南哆咪七彩公司产业发展战略,并且探究了战略实施的措施和对策。 通过研究,本文得出如下结论:动漫产业目前正处在行业生命周期的成长阶段,其中发展前景持续看好,但市场竞争将日益加剧,湖南哆咪七彩公司应当明确走多元化和纵向一体化的道路,努力在竞争中实现成本领先和差异化优势,同时,为了保证战略的实施,湖南哆咪七彩公司必须结合公司的实际情况努力在品牌原创及核心竞争力、人才结构、制作流程、营销整合、面临的困境等方面建立与企业战略相适应的运行机制。 本文的研究成果对于发展中的中国动漫企业在制定发展战略时有一定的参考价值。
[Abstract]:China's animation industry is still in the growing period, there is a lot of room for development, industry prospects make the off-industry funds have entered animation companies. The competition is becoming more and more intense, and the component of the private economy in the industry is rising day by day. It is the urgent need for the survival and development of the private animation enterprises to formulate feasible strategic plans. This paper first analyzes the general external environment of Hunan Dori Qicai Film and Television Culture Communication Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Hunan duo Mi Qicai Company), then analyzes the internal environment of Hunan duo Mi QiCai Company, and evaluates the internal resources of the enterprise. The main problems in the development of enterprises are analyzed. After analyzing the opportunities and challenges in the external environment of animation industry by using SWOT analysis, this paper studies in detail the internal resources and capabilities of Hunan Dori Qicai Company and makes a scientific evaluation of them. On this basis, the paper studies the choice of industrial strategy and the key points of the strategy of Hunan Dori QiCai Co., Ltd., makes the industrial development strategy of Hunan Dori Qicai Company by using the strategic management theory tools, and probes into the measures and countermeasures for the implementation of the strategy. Through the research, this paper draws the following conclusion: the animation industry is in the growth stage of the industry life cycle at present, among which the development prospect continues to be optimistic, but the market competition will be intensified day by day. In order to ensure the implementation of the strategy, the Hunan duo Mi QiCai Company should clearly take the path of diversification and vertical integration and strive to achieve cost leadership and differentiation advantage in the competition. In combination with the actual situation of the company, Hunan duo Mi Qicai Company must make great efforts to establish a running mechanism suitable to the enterprise strategy in the aspects of brand originality and core competitiveness, talent structure, production process, marketing integration, and the difficulties faced by the company. The research results of this paper have certain reference value for developing Chinese animation companies in formulating development strategy.
