【摘要】:近几年来,我国动漫业不断创造财富神话,大量毕业生涌入动漫路,客观上推动了动漫业的快速发展。动漫产业属于创意性产业,广泛应用于动漫、游戏、影视等行业。随着动漫产业的飞速发展,企业之间的竞争不再只是业务上的竞争,而是人才竞争。动漫行业里的研发人才不仅仅是企业发展不可缺少的核心,他们的存在还弥补了企业中的职位空缺以及能力不足的员工。面对市场研发人才紧缺的情况下,S动漫公司近年来的研发人才流失显现日益严重,已经成为了制约企业发展的根本问题。研发人才流失给S动漫公司带来了不可估量的经济损失,从而影响到企业的生存问题。 本文从人力资源管理的角度出发,围绕S动漫公司研发人才流失问题通过对问卷调查的等措施,有针对性的对研发人才流失的问题进行系统分析,并提出相应的解决方案。全文共分为五章:第一章为绪论,首先讲诉了S动漫公司研发人才流失问题研究的背景,将研究目的和意义相结合,得出笔者研究的思路和论文框架。第二章主要是界定研发人才,并提出一些相关的理论综述。第三章分析了S动漫公司研发人才流失的现状,并阐述该现象给S动漫公司造成的负面影响,以调查与访谈的方式,对S动漫公司研发人才的流失原因进行实证分析,并得出影响因素主要有企业内部管理因素、个人因素、企业外界因素。第四章笔者从人力资源管理的角度提出对影响研发人才流失的因素的相应对策。在这三大因素分析的基础上,提出了建立激励机制以及完善约束机制、完善培训及晋升机制、建立良性的企业文化以及相关的人才保障措施的建议。第五章为本文的结论部分。 希望通过笔者的研究,本文给S动漫公司在人力资源管理上带来一些帮助,对同行其他动漫行业的研发人才流失能有借鉴作用。
[Abstract]:In recent years, China's mobile industry constantly create wealth myth, a large number of graduates poured into the animation road, objectively promoted the rapid development of the animation industry. Animation industry is a creative industry, widely used in animation, games, film and television industries. With the rapid development of animation industry, competition between enterprises is no longer just business competition, but talent competition. Animation industry R & D talent is not only an indispensable core of business development, they also make up for the lack of jobs in the enterprise and the ability of the staff. Faced with the shortage of R & D talents in the market, R & D talent drain of S Animation Company in recent years has become increasingly serious and has become a fundamental problem restricting the development of enterprises. R & D talent drain to S animation company brought incalculable economic losses, thus affecting the survival of enterprises. From the point of view of human resource management, this paper focuses on the problem of R & D brain drain in S Animation Company. Through the questionnaire survey and other measures, this paper makes a systematic analysis of the problem of R & D brain drain, and puts forward corresponding solutions. The paper is divided into five chapters: the first chapter is the introduction. Firstly, the background of the research on R & D brain drain of S Animation Company is given. The purpose and significance of the research are combined, and the author's research ideas and the framework of the thesis are obtained. The second chapter is to define R & D talents, and put forward some related theoretical review. The third chapter analyzes the current situation of S animation company R & D talent drain, and expounds the negative impact of this phenomenon on S Animation Company. By the way of investigation and interview, the author makes an empirical analysis on the reasons of S Animation Company R & D Talent drain. The main influencing factors are internal management factors, personal factors and external factors. In the fourth chapter, the author puts forward the corresponding countermeasures to the factors affecting the brain drain of R & D from the angle of human resource management. On the basis of the analysis of these three factors, the paper puts forward some suggestions on establishing incentive mechanism, perfecting restraint mechanism, perfecting training and promotion mechanism, establishing benign enterprise culture and relevant talent guarantee measures. The fifth chapter is the conclusion of this paper. Hope that through the author's research, this paper to S animation company in human resources management to bring some help, other animation industry colleagues in the development of talent drain can be used for reference.
