防范诈骗—普法话语意义的多模态构建

【摘要】:普法语篇是法律语篇的一个重要的组成部分,属于与法律语言学的研究范畴。随着新媒体的发展,普法的形式不再局限于传单,宣传册,海报和宣传栏。这些传统的宣传形式大都依靠一种模态进行宣传,缺乏新意,难以引起大众的关注。目前,公安机关及普法宣传者开始运用普法动漫这一新的普法形式。普法动漫综合运用多种模态,例如,语言,图片,手势,表情,声音等,向大众传递普法信息。因此,研究此类新的普法形式,关注其是如何传递普法信息,找出语言和图片之间的相互关系,是十分必要的。通过研究,也可以为今后普法动漫的制作提供意见。 多模态语篇分析是系统功能理论扩展到其他非语言模态的一种语篇分析方法。它认为其他模态和语言一样是具有意义潜势的。自九十年代诞生以来,它被广泛运用到各种语篇当中,如电影语篇,,广告语篇,新闻语篇等。普法语篇的多模态研究在目前还是一个新的领域,也是一个新的发展趋势。 本文选取了一系列的最近制作并在网上发布的反诈骗普法动漫,先以系统功能语言学和视觉语法为基础,研究普法语篇的意义构建,再结合Martinec的图片与文字关系的框架,研究普法动漫中语言与文字的关系。最后通过问卷和访问的形式探究这一类饭诈骗普法动漫的效果。通过这些研究,我们希望能找出普法语篇在构建意义时的规律及文字和图片如何配合传递普法信息,以期能在以后的普法动漫制作中能更好的运用各种模态。 分析结果表明:(1)在概念意义的构建中,图片主要强调了人物的表情和手势,并形象地,直观地介绍了人物的形象,环境及诈骗中的重要线索。文字则具体地介绍了诈骗的伎俩,包括骗子如何设局及如何劝说受害人接受其善意。(2)在人际意义的构建中,通过多种图片和语言资源的运用,反诈骗普法动漫与大众建立起社会关系以客观的传递普法信息。同时也通过对人物的刻画及态度资源的运用反映出作者对于诈骗的否定态度。(3)文字和图片的关系则主要从地位及逻辑语义两个方面出发,分别研究二者在概念意义及人际意义中的关系。结果发现,在构建概念意义时,文字和图片主要是独立和从属的关系,而在逻辑语义上则主要是延伸关系。这些关系说明制作者运用图片和文字两个系统共同传递普法信息,例如:诈骗伎俩,诈骗财物等,以使大众能理解并记住这些信息。在人际意义中,图片和文字从语义逻辑上来看是互补的关系,而从图片和文字的地位而言,三种不同的维度上呈现不同的关系。在图片和言语行为上是独立关系,社会距离而言是互补关系为主,就态度而言,图片和文字是从属关系。(4)相较于单模态的普法语篇,多模态的普法动漫的效果要好些。但是普法动漫仍有许多地方需要改善。制作者还需更好的把握图片与文字的关系,将其灵活运用。普法动漫的制作质量也需进一步提高。 本文通过分析普法动漫的多模态语篇拓展了系统功能语言学和视觉语法运用于多模态语篇分析的研究。本文的分析有助于加深对普法动漫这一多模态语篇的了解。另外,研究结果无论是对于普法动漫的制作者还是大众都将是有意义的。
[Abstract]:It is an important part of legal discourse and belongs to the research category of legal linguistics. With the development of new media, the form of universal law is no longer limited to leaflets, brochures, posters and propaganda columns. Most of these traditional forms of publicity rely on a modality for propaganda, lack of new ideas, and are difficult to attract public attention. Before, the public security organs and the pup propagandists began to use the new generic form of PUFA animation. The general use of many modalities, such as language, pictures, gestures, expressions, sounds, etc., to transmit universal legal information to the public. Mutual relationship is very necessary. Through research, we can also provide advice for the future production of French animation.
Multimodal discourse analysis is a method of discourse analysis that is extended to other nonverbal modalities. It believes that other modes and languages have meaning potential. Since its birth in 90s, it has been widely used in various discourse, such as film discourse, public discourse, news discourse, and so on. At present, research is still a new field, and is also a new development trend.
This paper selects a series of recently produced and published online anti fraud law animation. First, based on the system functional linguistics and visual grammar, it studies the meaning construction of the Prussian text, and then combines the frame of Martinec's picture and text relationship, and studies the relationship between language and text in the cartoon animation. Finally, the form of questionnaire and access is made. Through these studies, we hope to find out the laws of the PUFA discourse in the meaning of construction and how the text and pictures can be used to convey the universal law, so as to be able to make better use of various modalities in the future animation production.
The results show that: (1) in the construction of conceptual meaning, the picture mainly emphasizes the expression and gestures of the characters, and vividly introduces the image of the characters, the environment and the important clues in the fraud. The text introduces the trick of fraud, including how the swindlers set up the Bureau and how to persuade the victims to accept their goodwill. (2) in interpersonal relationships. In the construction of meaning, through the use of a variety of pictures and language resources, the anti fraud universal animation and the public establish social relations to objectively convey the universal legal information. At the same time, it also reflects the author's negative attitude to fraud by the characterization of characters and the use of attitude resources. (3) the relationship between words and pictures is mainly from status and logic. In semantic two aspects, we study the relationship between the two in conceptual meaning and interpersonal meaning. The result is that in the construction of conceptual meaning, the text and pictures are mainly independent and subordinate, while the logical semantics are mainly extended relations. These relations show that the producer uses two systems of pictures and words to pass the common law. Information, such as fraud, fraud, etc. so as to enable the public to understand and remember the information. In interpersonal meaning, pictures and words are complementary in semantic logic. In terms of the status of pictures and words, the three different dimensions are different. In the picture and speech act, the relationship is independent, society is a society. As far as the distance is concerned, the relationship is complementary. As far as the attitude is concerned, the picture and the text are subordinate relations. (4) compared to the single modal general French text, the effect of the multi-modal universal animation is better. However, there are still many places to improve. The producers need to better grasp the relationship between the pictures and the characters, and use them flexibly. The quality of the production needs to be further improved.
This paper analyses the multimodal discourse analysis of systematic functional linguistics and visual grammar by analyzing the multimodal discourse of the anime and anime. This analysis helps to deepen the understanding of the multimodal discourse of the universal cartoon animation. In addition, the research results will be meaningful to both the universal producer and the public. Yes.
