鄱阳湖生态经济区特色文化产业集群研究

【摘要】：随着2009年12月国务院正式批复《鄱阳湖生态经济区规划》,江西省在新中国成立以来迎来了首个国家发展战略。如何在保护中开发和在开发中保护鄱阳湖已成为关注的焦点。作为新兴的文化产业,它低消耗、无污染、高产出的特性正顺应了鄱阳湖生态经济区的发展战略要求,完全符合低碳经济中的清洁发展机制。不仅能够满足人们日益增长的精神需求,而且也将成为经济飞跃发展的新起点。根据产业集群的效用理论和实践,湖区发展文化产业集群无疑可为湖区的发展插上新的翅膀。本文研究的主要目的是从文化产业集群的角度,为鄱阳湖生态经济区的建设发展提供参考意见。主要运用产业集群理论、区域经济理论、文化产业理论等理论和方法对本文进行研究,主要内容有：在分析了鄱阳湖生态经济区文化产业发展现状和文化产业集群条件之后,提出文化产业的发展重点及各发展重点的发展模式和建设总建议,最后提出相关的对策建议。通过研究表明湖区文化产业集群尚处于起步阶段,由于人力、物力、财力等资源的有限性应重点发展动漫、影视、景德镇陶瓷业、出版业和旅游业这五大产业,并以政府引导为主,如建设产业园区的模式,自发形成模式为辅发展文化产业集群。
[Abstract]:With the official approval of Poyang Lake Ecological Economic Zone by the State Council in December 2009 Jiangxi Province has ushered in the first national development strategy since the founding of New China. How to develop and protect Poyang Lake in protection has become the focus of attention. As a new cultural industry, it has the characteristics of low consumption, no pollution and high output, which conforms to the development strategy of Poyang Lake Ecological Economic Zone and fully conforms to the clean development mechanism in low carbon economy. Not only can meet people's growing spiritual needs, but also will become a new starting point for rapid economic development. According to the utility theory and practice of industrial cluster, the development of cultural industrial cluster in the lake area can undoubtedly insert new wings into the development of the lake area. The main purpose of this paper is to provide reference for the construction and development of Poyang Lake Ecological Economic Zone from the perspective of cultural industrial cluster. This paper is mainly studied by the theories and methods of industrial cluster theory, regional economy theory and cultural industry theory. The main contents are as follows: after analyzing the present situation of cultural industry development and the conditions of cultural industry cluster in Poyang Lake Ecological Economic Zone, This paper puts forward the development focus of cultural industry, the development mode of each key point and the general suggestion of construction, and finally puts forward the relevant countermeasures and suggestions. The research shows that the cultural industrial cluster in the lake area is still in its infancy. Due to the limited resources of human, material and financial resources, it should focus on the development of five major industries, such as animation, film and television, Jingdezhen ceramics industry, publishing industry and tourism industry. And mainly guided by the government, such as the construction of industrial parks, the spontaneous formation of the model supplemented by the development of cultural industrial clusters.
