我国的文化产业政策与动漫产业的兴起

【摘要】：我国文化产业的兴起是一个不可逆的历史进程。动漫产业作为新兴产业在我国文化产业中举足轻重。在全球动漫市场我国短期内还不具备引领潮流的能力,但是以经济的持续发展为基础,依托巨大的国内市场优势,把握"三网融合"的重大历史机遇,我国有望成为真正的世界动漫大国和强国。我国"十二五"时期乃至更长远时期的动漫产业政策的研究制定,应以动漫企业再造为中心,提升动漫企业的自生能力,培育经营环境和提供支持性制度。
[Abstract]:The rise of China's cultural industry is an irreversible historical process. As a new industry, animation industry plays an important role in China's cultural industry. In the global animation market, our country does not have the ability to lead the trend in the short term, but based on the sustained economic development, relying on the huge domestic market advantages, grasp the "three nets fusion" of the major historical opportunities, China is expected to become a real world animation power and power. The research and formulation of the animation industry policy in the 12th Five-Year Plan period and even the longer term period of our country should take the reengineering of the animation enterprise as the center, enhance the self-living ability of the animation company, cultivate the operating environment and provide the supporting system.
