中国动漫产业政策回顾与展望

【摘要】：国家对动漫产业优先发展、重点支持的定位,为动漫产业发展提供了广阔的空间。积极的政策引导推动我国动漫产业获得了空前迅猛的发展。通过建立电视动画项目评估制度,加强行会组织建设,改善融资环境,科学构建产业集群,能逐步化解产业发展中的矛盾,促进动漫产业持续健康发展。
[Abstract]:The country gives priority to the development of animation industry, the positioning of key support for the development of animation industry provides a broad space. Positive policy guidance to promote the animation industry in China has been unprecedented rapid development. Through establishing the evaluation system of TV animation project, strengthening the construction of guild organization, improving financing environment and scientifically constructing industrial cluster, we can gradually resolve the contradiction in the development of industry and promote the sustainable and healthy development of animation industry.
