湖北省工业品外观设计专利发展对策研究

【摘要】： 21世纪的市场竞争,是科学技术的竞争,同时也是工业品外观设计的竞争,面对这种国际环境,我们必须把中国的经济增长置于国际相互依存与相互影响的关系中去加以理解和把握,来找到更加有利于中国经济增长的方式,来实现经济快速可持续增长。当前从我国工业品外观设计的现状,国家政府和企业界已经意识到“中国制造”必须走向“中国创造”,自主创新与品牌塑造将成为中国企业下步的关注点,工业品外观设计是提高产品品质的一条重要路径,设计可以提高产品的附加价值,国家应该制定相应的工业品外观设计战略来扶持中国制造业企业的发展,所以,国内工业品外观设计界应有所作为,必须开始正视自身的问题和扩宽国际化视野,借鉴国内外成功的经验,工业品外观设计人才也应该得到重视。我国的工业产品才能跻身广阔的世界市场,市场需要多层次、多门类的工业品外观设计人才,工业品外观设计人才在未来有极大的升值潜力。由于湖北省是正在崛起的中部大省,在电力产业、钢铁产业、船舶业、汽车制造业、桥梁建筑业、化工业等重要产业湖北省经济发展的支柱产业,也是湖北省工业实现产业化的主要任务。要提升和改造这些产业,必须依靠工业技术创新。其中具有代表性的首先是武汉作为创意产业的引导者,在遵循文化创意为主题发起的“珞珈创意园”正逐渐形成。还有正在酝酿中的武汉·中国光谷文化传媒创意产业园,将突破“动漫基地”的范畴,成为融合数字动漫、影视动漫、影音娱乐、主题乐园、展览展示以及出版教育等方面的一个发展平台。为此,园区拟引进100家以上相关企业入驻。更值得庆幸的是在设计行业,设计正在迅速发展的武昌,去年设计企业经营收入超过30亿元,税收过2亿元。今年上半年,也正式提出成立武昌地区设计产业联盟,打造“中部设计产业基地”。同时我们也应该看到我省工业品外观设计的发展也存在缺陷和不足,其中工业品外观设计的重视程度不够和企业缺乏创新能力。历史经验证明,这样下去我省工业品外观设计的产品最终会在国内市场上产品日新月异的变化中将处于被动和落后的地位,失去竞争优势。现在由于我省的工业品外观设计水平已经滞后于经济发展和技术进步,所以才须要呼吁来引起广泛重视。因此,本研究通过对国内外,省内外工业品外观设计发展研究的基础上,结合我省的工业品外观设计专利的发展现状,为我省的工业品外观设计发展提出发展的建议和对策。
[Abstract]:The market competition in the 21st century is not only the competition of science and technology, but also the competition of the design of industrial products. We must understand and grasp China's economic growth in the relationship between international interdependence and mutual influence to find a more favorable way for China's economic growth to achieve rapid and sustainable economic growth. At present, from the current situation of industrial design in China, the national government and the business community have realized that "made in China" must go to "Chinese creation", and independent innovation and brand building will become the next focus of Chinese enterprises. Industrial product design is an important way to improve product quality. Design can improve the added value of products. The country should formulate corresponding industrial product design strategy to support the development of Chinese manufacturing enterprises. The domestic industrial appearance design circles should do something, must begin to face up to their own problems and broaden the international field of vision, draw lessons from the successful experience at home and abroad, industrial design talents should also be paid attention to. China's industrial products can enter the broad world market, the market needs multi-level, multi-category industrial design talents, industrial design talents in the future has a great potential for appreciation. As Hubei Province is a rising central province, it is a pillar industry of Hubei's economic development in such important industries as electric power industry, iron and steel industry, ship industry, automobile manufacturing industry, bridge construction industry, chemical industry, and so on. Also is the main task that Hubei province industry realizes industrialization. To upgrade and transform these industries, we must rely on industrial technological innovation. The representative one is that Wuhan, as the guide of creative industry, is gradually forming the "Luojia creative garden" which follows the theme of cultural creativity. There is also the Wuhan Optical Valley Cultural and Creative Industry Park in Wuhan, which will break through the category of "animation base" and become a fusion of digital animation, film and television animation, audio and video entertainment, theme park, Exhibition and publishing education and other aspects of the development platform. To this end, the park intends to introduce more than 100 related enterprises. More fortunate is in the design industry, design is developing rapidly in Wuchang, last year design enterprises operating income of more than 3 billion yuan, tax revenue of more than 200 million yuan. The first half of this year, also formally proposed the establishment of Wuchang design industry alliance, to create a "central design industry base." At the same time, we should also see that the development of industrial design in our province also has defects and deficiencies, in which the degree of attention to industrial design and the lack of innovation ability of enterprises. Historical experience has proved that the products of industrial design in our province will eventually be in a passive and backward position and lose their competitive advantage in the rapid changes of products in the domestic market. At present, the level of industrial appearance design in our province has lagged behind the economic development and technological progress, so it is necessary to call for wide attention. Therefore, on the basis of the research on the development of industrial design both at home and abroad and at home and abroad, combined with the present situation of industrial design patent in our province, this study puts forward some suggestions and countermeasures for the development of industrial design in our province.
