科技型中小企业知识创新影响因素研究

【摘要】:科技型中小企业作为目前最具发展活力的企业群体之一,在新三板上市和我国经济转型发展的背景下,其在国民经济发展中的重要性逐年提升。科技型中小企业作为知识密集型企业,知识创新对其长远发展显得尤为重要,因此影响科技型中小企业知识创新的因素成为目前研究的热点问题。本文在分析目前国内外学者研究、知识创新、学习圈理论、组织学习理论的基础上,运用系统动力学流图,分析了科技型中小企业知识创新的作用机理(包括对知识创新员工、技术开发和整个企业知识体系的双循环作用),发现知识创新使得科技型中小企业内部员工、运作流程、工艺流程等产生良性的双循环作用,在双循环的作用下使得企业的例行错误得到改正,而且对企业的运行流程、规范、目标等进行修正,从而不断提升企业的综合竞争力。进而运用结构方程建模的方式,首先在组织环境、领导艺术、员工素质、信息技术、政府政策、行业环境、市场竞争、企业合作八个方面做出假设,建立起科技型中小企业知识创新影响因素的指标体系,通过问卷的方式取得数据,运用结构方程AMOS21.0运行数据,得到领导艺术、信息技术、员工素质、行业环境、企业竞争、企业合作对科技型中小企业知识创新具有直接的正向影响,其中,领导艺术和员工素质对于科技型中小企业知识创新的影响最为显著,企业环境和政府政策对科技型中小企业知识创新没有显著的影响。最后在结论的基础上提出了发挥领导带头创新作用,树立创新典范;注重知识型创新人才培养,建立知识创新团队等方面的创新性建议。
[Abstract]:As one of the most dynamic enterprise groups, the importance of science and technology small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in the development of national economy is increasing year by year under the background of listing on the new three boards and the economic transformation and development of our country. As a knowledge-intensive enterprise, knowledge innovation is particularly important to the long-term development of science and technology small and medium-sized enterprises, so the factors that affect the knowledge innovation of science and technology small and medium-sized enterprises have become a hot topic in current research. Based on the analysis of scholars' research, knowledge innovation, learning circle theory and organizational learning theory at home and abroad, this paper analyzes the mechanism of knowledge innovation in small and medium-sized scientific and technological enterprises (including knowledge innovation employees) by using system dynamics flow graph. Technology development and the dual circulation role of the whole enterprise knowledge system), it is found that knowledge innovation makes the internal staff, operation process and technological process of small and medium-sized scientific and technological enterprises have a positive double-cycle effect. Under the action of double circulation, the routine errors of enterprises are corrected, and the operation process, norms, objectives of enterprises are corrected, so as to continuously enhance the comprehensive competitiveness of enterprises. Then using the structural equation modeling method, first of all, in the organizational environment, leadership art, employee quality, information technology, government policy, industry environment, market competition, enterprise cooperation eight aspects to make assumptions, The index system of influencing factors of knowledge innovation in small and medium-sized scientific and technological enterprises is established, the data are obtained by questionnaire, and the running data of AMOS21.0 are used to obtain leadership art, information technology, staff quality, industry environment, enterprise competition, etc. Enterprise cooperation has a direct positive impact on knowledge innovation of science and technology small and medium-sized enterprises. Among them, leadership art and staff quality have the most significant impact on knowledge innovation of science and technology small and medium-sized enterprises. Enterprise environment and government policy have no significant influence on knowledge innovation of science and technology SMEs. Finally, on the basis of the conclusion, the paper puts forward some innovative suggestions, such as giving full play to the leading role of leaders and setting up innovative models, focusing on the cultivation of knowledge-based innovation talents and establishing knowledge innovation teams.
