基于工学结合的校内生产性实训基地建设初探——以马鞍山职业技术学院动漫专业为例

【摘要】：生产性实训教学是高职院校教学体系的必要环节,是实现高职教育目标,为社会培养高素质技能型人才的主要手段。校企合作共建校内生产性实训基地是提高学生专业技能和职业素养的有效途径,也是提高专业教师生产实践能力、优化教师队伍的捷径。
[Abstract]:Productive practical training teaching is a necessary link in the teaching system of higher vocational colleges. It is the main means to realize the goal of higher vocational education and to train high quality skilled personnel for the society. It is not only an effective way to improve students' professional skills and professional accomplishment, but also a shortcut to improve professional teachers' production practice ability and optimize teachers' team.
