动漫产业链节点企业的合作问题研究

【摘要】：动漫产业作为无污染、低消耗的"绿色产业",已经成为一些发达国家的重要支柱产业。我国虽然有巨大的动漫产品需求市场,但是动漫产业发展远远落后于日美等发达国家。如何发挥政府在动漫产业优化升级中的引导作用,协调动漫产业链上下游企业之间的合作关系,降低经营成本,增强产业的核心竞争能力,就成为动漫企业和政府关注的问题。笔者运用博弈论的相关理论,分析动漫产业链上下游企业在合作研发中的策略选择和政府对企业合作的激励机制,找到了动漫企业陷入"囚徒困境"的原因和政府在动漫产业发展过程中发挥的作用,确立了政府最优补贴标准。以河南省动漫产业为例,提出产业链节点企业的合作策略和政府激励对策。
[Abstract]:As a non-pollution, low-consumption green industry, animation industry has become an important pillar industry in some developed countries. Although China has a huge demand market for animation products, the development of animation industry lags far behind the developed countries such as Japan and the United States. How to play the leading role of the government in the optimization and upgrading of the animation industry, coordinate the cooperation between the upstream and downstream enterprises of the animation industry chain, reduce the operating costs, and enhance the core competitiveness of the industry, has become the concern of the animation industry and the government. The author uses the relevant theory of game theory to analyze the strategy choice of the upstream and downstream enterprises in the cooperation research and development of animation industry chain and the incentive mechanism of the government to the enterprise cooperation. This paper finds out the reasons why animation enterprises fall into "prisoner's dilemma" and the role played by the government in the development of animation industry, and establishes the government's optimal subsidy standard. Taking the animation industry of Henan Province as an example, this paper puts forward the cooperation strategy and government incentive strategy of the industry chain node enterprises.
