基于动漫符号的政府形象设计策略

【摘要】：目的探寻动漫符号对国家形象与政府形象的建构作用及策略。方法探索新媒体图形文化特征,对比分析美国、日本等文化输出国通过动漫符号图解核心价值观、营造广泛文化认同、塑造良好的国家形象的方式。结论在以读图为主要阅读方式的新媒体时代,充分研究动漫符号的形象建构功能,将有效提升中国政府的形象建设,有助于营造和谐亲民的政务文化,促进政府与民众沟通。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the effect and strategy of animation symbol on national image and government image. Methods to explore the cultural characteristics of new media graphics, and to compare and analyze the way that American, Japanese and other cultural exporting countries use animation symbols to illustrate the core values, to create a wide range of cultural identity and to create a good national image. Conclusion in the new media era with reading pictures as the main reading mode, fully studying the image construction function of animation symbols will effectively promote the image construction of the Chinese government, help to create a harmonious government culture, and promote communication between the government and the public.
