对我国发展特许经营模式的探讨

【摘要】: 中国加入WTO之后,特许经营作为分销领域开放部门之一,将面临着更为严峻的挑战,而我国对特许经营理论和实践的引入还相当滞后,加上法律制度的不完备,这些都制约了特许经营的发展。本文介绍了西方特许经营的发展和趋势,对其理论和经验进行了阐述。在此基础上,,探讨了特许经营所采用的管理模式,着重对我国特许经营法律方面的问题进行了研究,并通过对我国特许经营现状的分析,提出了我国发展特许经营模式的相应对策,这对我国面临国际竞争,更好地发展具有本国特色的特许经营有着重要的指导意义。
[Abstract]:After China's entry into WTO, franchising, as one of the open sectors in the distribution field, will face more severe challenges. However, the introduction of franchise theory and practice in China is still lagging behind, and the legal system is not complete. These all restricted the development of franchise. This paper introduces the development and trend of franchising in western countries, and expounds its theory and experience. On the basis of this, the paper discusses the management mode of franchising, focuses on the legal aspects of franchising in China, and analyzes the present situation of franchising in China. This paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures for the development of franchising mode in China, which is of great significance for China to face international competition and to better develop the franchise with its own characteristics.
