老年旅游消费行为研究

【摘要】: 随着人口进入老龄化社会,老年旅游市场已经成为旅游市场的重要组成部分,具有巨大的市场潜力。目前我国老年旅游市场蓬勃发展,但老年旅游产品设计却不尽人意。本研究以“夕阳红”旅游线路为研究对象,对老年旅游消费行为进行研究,目的在于分析老年旅游市场和老年旅游心理,提高老年旅游产品设计水平。 本研究通过问卷和访谈两种方式对东北地区参加“夕阳红”旅游专列的老年游客进行了调研,共得到有效问卷662份,访谈25名老年游客。通过对问卷和访谈内容的分析,得出如下结论: 1.老年人具有较强的出游能力,出游率很高。在旅游行为方面,他们多喜欢参加团队,多与家人、朋友和同事结伴出行;在购买行为方面,多通过旅行社购买旅游产品;老年人旅游消费多数中低水平,主要通过积蓄、儿女资助、退休金获得旅游资金;老年人的旅游信息来源依次为朋友介绍、自身经验和旅行社、旅游广告。 2.老年旅游主导性的动机主要为健康、享乐和怀旧,次要性的动机主要有圆梦、逃避、交往、审美等。阻碍老年人出游的因素主要有经济条件、身体条件、家庭负担和旅游意识。 3.老年游客对“夕阳红”旅游产品的总体满意度属于较高水平。从重视度来看,在旅游过程中,老年游客对吃、住不太重视,对景区景点、购物方面的重视程度为中等,对交通、导游则比较重视。从单项满意度来看,老年游客们对于餐饮、购物及导游服务中等满意;对住宿、交通和游览项目比较满意,老年游客在旅游中基本不会表现出不满意。 4.老年游客旅游需求具有自身特点。在餐饮方面主要是菜肴清淡适口,价格实惠;住宿环境要卫生、舒适、安静,服务细心周到;多数老年人都认为乘火车旅游比较合适;老年游客都偏爱于著名的自然景区和人文古迹,对人造景观有一定偏见;老年游客主要购买地方特色产品,他们一般都偏爱购买具有地方特色的小吃,以及那些知名度较高,有悠久历史的产品以及保健产品;老年游客多喜欢自娱自乐,一般不需要安排特殊的娱乐活动。 针对上述特点,本研究对于老年旅游产品开发提出建议,倡导体验式的旅游产品设计理念,科学合理的开发老年旅游产品,并在旅游产品构成要素方面进行系统设计,优化老年旅游产品。
[Abstract]:With the population entering the aging society, the elderly tourism market has become an important part of the tourism market, with huge market potential. At present, the tourism market for the elderly in China is booming, but the design of the tourism products for the elderly is not satisfactory. The purpose of this study is to analyze the tourism market and psychology of the elderly and to improve the design level of tourism products for the elderly. In this study, 662 effective questionnaires were obtained and 25 elderly tourists were interviewed in Northeast China by questionnaire and interview. Through the analysis of questionnaires and interviews, the following conclusions are drawn: 1. The elderly have a strong ability to travel, the rate of travel is very high. In terms of travel behavior, they like to join teams, travel with family, friends and colleagues, and purchase travel products through travel agencies. Most of the old people's tourism consumption is low, mainly through savings, children's support, pension to obtain tourism funds; the elderly's tourism information sources in turn are friends introduction, their own experience and travel agencies, travel advertising. 2. The main motivations of old age tourism are health, pleasure and nostalgia, while secondary motives are dream fulfillment, escape, communication, aesthetics and so on. Economic conditions, physical conditions, family burdens and travel consciousness are the main factors that hinder the old people to travel. 3. Elderly tourists' overall satisfaction with sunset tourism products belongs to a higher level. From the perspective of the degree of attention, in the process of tourism, elderly tourists do not pay much attention to eating and living, to scenic spots, shopping attention to the degree of moderate, to traffic, tour guide more attention. In terms of individual satisfaction, the elderly tourists are moderately satisfied with the catering, shopping and guided tour services; they are satisfied with the accommodation, transportation and tour projects, and the elderly tourists will not be dissatisfied with the travel. 4. The tourist demand of elderly tourists has its own characteristics. In the food and beverage aspect is mainly the dish is light palatable, the price is affordable; the accommodation environment should be sanitary, comfortable, quiet, the service is considerate; most old people think that the train travel is more appropriate; Older tourists prefer famous natural scenic spots and cultural monuments, and have a certain prejudice to artificial landscape; Older tourists mainly buy local products, they generally prefer to buy snacks with local characteristics, as well as those well-known, has a long history of products and health products; Older tourists like to entertain themselves, generally do not need to arrange special entertainment activities. In view of the above characteristics, this study puts forward some suggestions for the development of tourism products for the elderly, advocates the concept of tourism product design based on experience, develops the tourism products for the elderly scientifically and reasonably, and designs the components of tourism products systematically.
