校园招待所网上订房订餐系统的分析与设计

【摘要】:随着计算机技术及互联网技术的飞速发展,信息技术在酒店业得到广泛运用,使得酒店无论在内部管理还是外部营销等方面都发生了显著变化,对于酒店业企业调整产品与服务的组合,降低管理成本,提高管理效率都产生了重要的推动作用。当前,信息技术在酒店业企业管理中已不再仅仅用于业务流程管理,更多的开始应用于新业务的应用创新,网上订房订餐管理成为现代酒店业管理中信息技术的一项新型应用,在越来越多的酒店业企业中得到广泛运用。 本文以校园招待所信息化建设项目为背景,在对校园招待所开展网上订房与订餐管理的必要性和可行性进行分析的基础上,对校园招待所网上订房订餐系统进行了分析与设计。论文根据软件工程的基本原理,在介绍了项目背景的基础上,深入分析了系统功能需求和性能需求,然后从系统体系结构、系统功能模块划分、系统数据库及系统主要界面等方面对系统进行了详细的设计。该系统分为前台客户端子系统和后台管理端子系统,前台客户端子系统主要面向访问系统网站的客户,包括会员注册与登录、会员信息维护、客房信息查询、菜肴信息查询、网上订房、网上订餐、客户订单管理、在线评论等功能;后台管理端子系统主要面向招待所业务管理人员和系统管理人员,主要包括后台用户登录、用户个人信息管理、客户订单管理、住宿管理、用餐管理、后台用户管理、广告管理及菜肴信息管理等功能。 招待所网上订房与订餐系统的设计与开发必将为校园招待所的发展和管理带来新的机遇和挑战,有利于提高校园招待所的市场竞争能力,同时也将为学校后勤管理信息化建设起到重要推动作用。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of computer technology and Internet technology, information technology has been widely used in the hotel industry, which has undergone significant changes in both internal management and external marketing. It plays an important role in adjusting the combination of products and services, reducing management costs and improving management efficiency. At present, information technology is no longer only used in business process management in hotel industry enterprise management, but also in the application innovation of new business. Online reservation and reservation management has become a new application of information technology in modern hotel industry management. It is widely used in more and more hotel enterprises. Based on the background of campus hostel information construction project, based on the analysis of the necessity and feasibility of online reservation and reservation management in campus hostel, this paper analyzes and designs the online booking system of campus hostel. According to the basic principle of software engineering, on the basis of introducing the background of the project, this paper deeply analyzes the functional and performance requirements of the system, and then divides the system architecture and system functional modules. The system database and the main interface of the system are designed in detail. The system is divided into front client terminal system and background management terminal system. The front customer terminal system is mainly for customers who visit the website of the system, including member registration and login, member information maintenance, room information query, dish information query. Online reservation, customer order management, online review and other functions; The background management terminal system is mainly for hospitality business managers and system managers, including background user login, user personal information management, customer order management, accommodation management, dining management, background user management, Advertising management and dish information management and other functions. The design and development of online reservation and reservation system for guesthouses will bring new opportunities and challenges to the development and management of campus guesthouses, and will be conducive to improving the market competitiveness of campus hostels. At the same time, it will also play an important role in promoting the information construction of school logistics management.
