一种Web2.0风格的网络流媒体平台的分析与设计

【摘要】: Web2.0是在Web1.0基础上延伸出来的一类互联网应用模式,是一次向交互性更强网络应用的转变。具有Web2.0风格的Web是一个平台,或者说,Web正在变得可配置化。以前的Web存在交互性弱的局限性,在更多情况下是人们获取信息的平台,而具有Web2.0风格的Web成为人们交互的场所,提供给用户更多交互性的功能。 当前互联网上视频流媒体技术应用近年来增长迅速。视频流媒体技术可广泛用在网上新闻发布、在线直播、网络广告、远程教育、实时视频会议等。很多网站利用视频流媒体播放新闻,开展音乐直播和点播服务,企业和机构采用视频流媒体来提高效率,节约开支。宽带网络的发展进一步拓展流媒体应用。当前传统视频媒体市场与宽带网络的应用服务相融合,产生了宽带VOD、在线音乐、远程教育、宽带收费电视等新的应用。目前,互联网上已有超过1700多家广播电台和电视台实现了网上点播,世界上几大有影响的媒体,如BBC、CNN、ABC、NBC等,都在网上开通了自己的网上广播。国内的一些广播电台和电视台,例如cctv.com、btv.com等,也已经在自己的网站上开始了试验性的视音频点播。上述的Web2.0风格网络应用的发展和当前视频流媒体技术的广泛应用为一种在线流媒体发布平台的实现提供了良好的环境。 在应用程序架构方面,传统的C/S(Client/Server,客户端/服务器)结构程序一些方面不尽适用。基于C/S结构的软件运行速度快,可靠性高,客户端的数据处理能力比较强,具有很强的数据操作和事物处理能力。但是随着分布式应用程序的复杂程度不断提高,C/S架构存在部署成本高、客户端应用程序更新困难等不足。九十年代中期,互联网飞速发展,出现了web1.0 B/S(Browse/Server,浏览器/服务器)应用程序,Web的广泛使用解决了C/S应用程序部署、和更新的困难。但是Web1.0B/S应用程序受制于DHTML的限制,无法像C/S那样使用快速丰富的效果来展示数据,用户体验比较差。随着Web应用程序复杂性越来越高,传统的Web应用程序已经渐渐不能满足Web浏览者更高的、全方位的体验要求。 本文提出一种具有Web2.0风格的流媒体平台。这个平台能提供丰富的交互性功能。本文通过引入RIA(Rich Internet Application)技术框架重点分析设计实现了功能丰富的表现层,在实现方法上主要采用了Adobe Flex技术来达到局部更新页面、减少数据交互、减轻服务器负担及提升用户体验等效果。

In this paper, the function-rich performance layer is realized by introducing the key analysis and design of the Rich Internet Application (RIA) technology framework.
