【摘要】：正使权力显示出应有的美感,并为此而构建一个专门性的"权力美学",干成了此事并且使之发挥出实际效应,堪称功德无量!当然,这是需要大智慧、大举措的,任何的偏激或弱智都是做不到的。首先必须正视,权力本身是极好极好的东西,是社会千种万种机件中最主要的机件。任何社会一旦没有了具有强制性、法令性、约束性的权力,任凭各式各样的人随意去搞无忌之举,社会(而不是未构成社会的散乱人群)连3天都很难维持。
