【摘要】：社区音乐教育作为国民音乐教育的有机组成部分,它是一种旨在提高全体社区成员音乐素质,并有利于身心健康发展,普及性、人性化、大众化的社区教育活动。通过社区音乐教育来实现音乐文化的传播和发展,提高人的文化修养,对于推动社区文化建设具有积极的意义,同时对于当前新型社区的全面建设提供有益的帮助。努力推进社区音乐教育建设,在终身教育观和建设社会主义和谐文化的双重背景下,社区音乐教育的良性发展将对我国未来的国民音乐教育产生积极影响。本文以音乐教育学、音乐社会学和音乐学为专业背景,从社区教育、社区音乐教育的概念界定和社区音乐教育的特征入手,对社区音乐教育的基础理论作了分析,对社区音乐教育的意义与作用,国外社区音乐教育的现状及启示进行了阐述。本文运用了文献资料法、例证分析法、问卷调查法。通过调查以及对相关文献的整理分析,对我国社区音乐教育的基本现状进行了梳理和概括。包括音乐艺术在社区文化活动中的推广现状,社区音乐活动参与者现状,社区音乐教育资源中的场馆硬件设施、经费投入情况、教育培训资源现状等。从现状出发,提炼出目前我国开展社区音乐教育存在的几个问题,提出了社区音乐教育发展的初步构想,并针对我国社区音乐现状和问题提出发展的基本思路。系统规划出我国社区音乐教育的科学模式,为实践提供参考和借鉴。如社区音乐教育资源的开发与整合,加强社区音乐教育软件硬件建设,加强学术研究与基础理论建设,完善基础设施建设健全管理体制,提高师资队伍业务能力水平,加强基础课程建设开发特色课程,改革教学形式与活动模式,利用远程教育手段扩展教育空间,社区音乐教育与物业管理相融合等运作构想。以及高校参与社区音乐教育,构建教育资源共享机制,充实社区音乐教学内容,参与社区音乐教育实践和开设音乐教育专业的建议等等。
[Abstract]:As an organic part of national music education, community music education is a community education activity aimed at improving the music quality of all the members of the community, and promoting the development of physical and mental health, popularization, humanization and popularization. Through community music education, we can achieve the transmission and development of music culture, improve people's cultural accomplishment, and have positive significance for promoting the construction of community culture. At the same time, it will provide useful help for the current comprehensive construction of new communities. We must strive to promote the construction of community music education. Under the dual background of lifelong education and building a harmonious socialist culture, the sound development of community music education will have a positive impact on our national music education in the future.
