【摘要】：南宁国际民歌艺术节以“打造新民歌、弘扬民族文化、扩大中外交流”为宗旨，以塑造具有国际性、民族性、现代性和艺术性的文化品牌为己任，经过十三年的不断创新和努力，在国际和国内引起了巨大的反响。一般说来，南宁国际民歌艺术节是以“民歌”为核心的节庆活动，有着实现审美价值的诉求，那么在审美、文化、政治和经济、紧密联系的现在，南宁国际民歌艺术节的审美价值如何体现，它又如何实现与经济和政治的共融，将成为本文关注的问题。针对这一问题，本文将把南宁国际民歌艺术节纳入审美文化视域进行关照，经分析，，随着经济全球化和消费主义的盛行，南宁国际民歌艺术节的审美价值是通过对“民歌”的演绎将原始歌圩的“集体回忆”变成一种“集体追忆”以及对公共审美空间的重建而体现。而南宁国际民歌艺术节与政治的共融主要依赖于一系列蕴含着政治意识形态的仪式和符号。南宁国际民歌艺术节与经济的共融主要表现在娱乐性的参与。针对南宁国际民歌艺术节的现状和南宁国际民歌艺术节与政治和经济的这种共融，本文在最后将集中对南宁国际民歌艺术节进行反思，经过反思，南宁国际民歌艺术节的举办存在着“民歌的消隐”、“民众的疏离”和“经济的附庸”三方面的不足。为了推进南宁国际民歌艺术节的发展，本文提出把“深入挖掘和开发民歌资源，探索民歌文化发展的可行性道路”和“提高民众的参与度和实现对民众的全面实现”作为南宁国际民歌艺术节今后提高的重点。
[Abstract]:Nanning International Folk Song Festival aims at "creating new folk songs, carrying forward national culture and expanding exchanges between China and foreign countries", and takes the creation of cultural brands with international, national, modern and artistic character as its own responsibility. After 13 years of continuous innovation and efforts, in the international and domestic caused a huge response. Generally speaking, Nanning International Folk Song Festival is a "folk song" as the core of the festival activities, with the pursuit of achieving aesthetic value. So in the aesthetic, cultural, political and economic, now closely linked, how to reflect the aesthetic value of Nanning International Folk Song Festival, and how to realize the integration with economy and politics. In view of this problem, this paper will bring Nanning International Folk Song Art Festival into the aesthetic culture field to take care of, through analysis, with the economic globalization and consumerism prevailing. The aesthetic value of Nanning International Folk Song Art Festival is to turn the "collective memory" of the primitive song fair into a "collective memory" through the interpretation of "folk songs". The integration of Nanning International Folk Song Art Festival and Politics mainly depends on a series of ceremonies and symbols containing political ideology.
