和声功能理论初探及相关术语梳理

【摘要】:里曼在其《简明和声学,或称和弦功能学说》著作中,从数学领域借鉴了“功能”(Function, Funktion)一词,来表示和弦与调中心的关系。尽管当时的和声理论中功能概念的定义尚不十分明确,但是,我们仍然应当将功能的概念与那个时期理论家们的观念联系到一起而追溯到拉莫。和声功能理论在里曼时期就产生过很大的影响,后来在欧洲、东亚甚至北美都得到较为广泛的传播。 功能和声理论在中国的影响是十分巨大的。但鉴于特殊的历史原因,中国学界对这一学说的了解多是通过俄国人的诠释和示范实现的。于此,我们不仅对功能理论以外的广阔天地知之甚少,即使是功能理论本身,对它的元理论、历史、现代发展等也都缺乏较为深入的研究,这对和声学科的发展建设非常不利。学术有其宗谱,带着追本溯源的研究态度,笔者尽自己的能力在功能和声领域做了一次艰苦的学术之旅。试图将功能理论从拉莫、里曼、俄罗斯、再到我国的发展流传过程,疏理出一条清晰的线索来。最后,还参考亨利·克隆彭豪厄的最新研究,对最近一、二十年北美兴起的“新里曼理论”思潮做了简要的概括。 在研究过程中,笔者发现,就传统和声教学而言,我们熟知的斯波索宾等人的和声理论并不是功能和声理论的全部,而功能理论也不是传统和声学的全部,传统和声理论与实践的天地十分广阔。为了能跟上学科发展的世界步伐,传统和声教学也需要有一个立足于传统再认识科学观念之上的,在其教学内容、方法及训练标准均有所突破的发展更新,长期囿于一个教本、一种说法的局面应当结束了。
[Abstract]:In his book Concise Harmony, or Chord function Theory, Riemann used the term "function" from the mathematical field to express the relationship between chord and the center of harmony, although the definition of functional concepts in the theory of harmony at that time was not very clear. But we should still associate the concept of function with that of the theorists of that period, and go back to Lamo. The theory of harmony function had a big impact in the Riemann period, and later in Europe. East Asia and even North America are widely spread. The influence of the theory of functional harmony in China is very great. However, for special historical reasons, the understanding of this theory in Chinese academic circles is mostly realized through Russian interpretation and demonstration. Not only do we know very little about the vast world beyond functional theory, but even the functional theory itself, its meta-theory, history, modern development, etc., are also lacking in more in-depth research. This is very unfavorable to the development and construction of harmony science. The academic has its genealogy, and with the attitude of tracing back to the source of research, the author has made a hard academic journey in the field of functional harmony to the best of his ability, trying to make the functional theory from Lamo, Riemann, Russia, in the course of its development and circulation in China, worked out a clear clue. Finally, referring to the latest study by Henry Cronpenhauer, the last one, The New Riemann Theory, which rose in North America over the past two decades, is briefly summarized. In the course of the research, the author found that, as far as traditional harmony teaching is concerned, the harmony theory of Sposobin and others is not the whole of the theory of functional harmony, and the theory of function is not the whole of traditional harmony. In order to keep up with the world pace of discipline development, traditional harmony teaching also needs to have a teaching content based on the traditional recognition of scientific concepts. The development and renewal of methods and training standards are limited to a teaching basis for a long time, and the situation of a kind of theory should be over.
