【摘要】:高等音乐院校本科表演专业人才的培养目标是培养高层次具有创造性的音 乐表演专业人才。从教育学上讲,如何使之具有较为完备的知识结构是一个关 乎于这种人才得以形成的关键所在。 本文旨在通过对这种人才知识结构在教育学上的思考,试图以一种新的视 角--人类学本体论的哲学观点作为探讨本科表演人才知识结构的教育哲学基 础,力求从这一新的角度来揭示本科表演人才知识结构的特殊性,指出他的知 识结构应该包括以下内容:学有所长的专业知识,融会贯通的基础知识,得心 应手的工具知识和高效学习的方法知识。这样的知识结构会具有自生长功能, 自我完善功能,知识迁移功能和创造性功能。从课程设置角度来看,理论上可 表述为”4C”模式,即以专业课为核心,向外辐射为专业必修、专业选修、一 般选修课的四个同心圆。具体的论述框架如下: 文章第一部分绪论,是关于知识结构的理论研究。首先讨论知识与教育的 关系;然后在此基础上界定知识结构的含义及特征;描述它的类型;最后强调 在学校教育中,知识结构与课程设置的关系; 文章第二部分是对国内外部分高等音乐院校本科表演专业人才知识结构的 现状描述及对比分析。这部分共分为三节,通过对国内外部分高等音乐院校在 教育体制、培养目标、课程设置等各方面的整理,说明国内外高等音乐院校在 本科表演人才知识结构建构上的异同,继而在借鉴的基础上,得到启示; 文章第三部分是关于我国高等音乐院校本科表演专业人才知识结构的理论 思考,共分为三节。第一部分提出一种新的视角--人类学本体论,作为建构 本科表演专业人才知识结构的教育哲学基础:第二部分以人类学本体论为基础, 指明本科表演专业人才知识结构的特征,是在训练与表演内外化过程中,以培 养音乐感为核心,积淀审美经验为主要途径,培养个性化的演奏风格为目的,, 不断向外辐射又返回的动态综合体;第三部分对本科表演专业人才知识结构的 形成在课程设置上的概括,总结提出4C式课程设置。 文章第四部分是结论。总结概括全文,并在实践上提出一些原则性的建议。
