高职音乐专业教学改革的对策研究

【摘要】:随着中国政治、经济的快速发展,社会音乐文化艺术活动日益繁荣,水平也越来越高,这对音乐专业岗位能力提出了多层次的要求。如何针对社会音乐岗位人才需求的特点,培养适合中国国情的音乐艺术人才,是高职音乐专业现阶段的主要任务。 然而,高职音乐专业教学还处于起步阶段,其教育理念、培养目标、课程设置、教学模式等大多按照普通高等教育模式来组织,教师缺乏行业经验,学生专业基础薄弱,高等职业教育中人才培养“能力本位”概念不清晰,学生“应用能力,创新能力”的培养落实不到位。缺乏对社会职业岗位需求反应的灵敏性,人才培养规格与职业岗位需求脱节,这些存在的一系列因素都制约了高职音乐专业的发展。 本文以高职音乐专业岗位人才培养为目标,从高职音乐专业教学改革的宏观角度结合音乐专业的学科特点,探索高职音乐专业教学过程中的各个环节,从高职音乐专业的实际教学过程中寻找改革的切入点,在尊重音乐专业教学规律和高职教学特点的基础上,从高职音乐专业人才培养目标、培养模式、课程、教材、教学方法、师资队伍和评价机制的建设等方面总结、提炼,提出了一些较为具体的改革措施。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of Chinese politics and economy, the activities of social music culture and art are becoming more and more prosperous and the level is higher and higher. It is the main task of music major in higher vocational education to train music art talents suitable for China's national conditions. However, the teaching of music major in higher vocational education is still in its infancy, its educational idea, training goal, curriculum and teaching mode are mostly organized according to the general higher education model, the teachers lack the professional experience, and the students' professional foundation is weak. In higher vocational education, the concept of "ability standard" is not clear, and the cultivation of students'"applied ability and innovation ability" is not in place. The talent training specification is out of step with the demand for professional posts. These factors restrict the development of music major in higher vocational colleges. This paper aims at the cultivation of talents in higher vocational music profession, and from the macroscopic angle of teaching reform of music major in higher vocational education, combines the characteristics of music specialty, and probes into every link in the teaching process of music specialty in higher vocational education. On the basis of respecting the teaching law of music specialty and the characteristics of teaching in higher vocational education, this paper looks for the breakthrough point of reform in the course of practical teaching of music major in higher vocational education, from the aim, mode, course, teaching material and teaching method of talent training of music major in higher vocational education. This paper summarizes and refines the construction of teaching staff and evaluation mechanism, and puts forward some more concrete reform measures.
