中国教育音乐促进会——近代北京音乐史中不应被遗忘的重要音乐组织

【摘要】：正20世纪20年代,在北京曾先后出现北大音乐研究会(1922年改称北大音乐传习所)、师大西乐社、爱美乐社以及国乐改进社等重要的音乐组织,对推动近代北京乃至中国近代音乐文化的发展做出了不可磨灭的贡献。进入30年代后,就在这些曾显赫一时的音乐组织渐渐销声匿迹之时,以柯政和为会长的中国教育音乐促进会(以下简称"中促会")出现了。该会是以"联合热心及爱好音乐的人们,共同促进音乐的发展与普遍"1为主要发展目的的新型音乐社团,在推行学校音乐教育、普及大众音乐文化等
[Abstract]:In the 1920s, there were some important music organizations in Beijing, such as the Music Research Society of Peking University (renamed the Music Missionary Institute of Peking University in 1922), the Western Music Society of normal University, the Aimei Music Society and the National Music improvement Society. It has made an indelible contribution to promoting the development of modern music culture in Beijing and even China. In the 1930s, when these once prominent music organizations gradually disappeared, the China Association for the Promotion of Educational Music (hereinafter referred to as the "China Council for Promotion") appeared. The association is a new type of music association which aims at "United zealous and musical loving people, jointly promoting the development and universality of music" 1. It is carrying out music education in schools and popularizing popular music culture and so on.
