广东星海演艺集团的运营模式研究

【摘要】:本文以广东星海演艺集团的运营模式为研究对象。通过分析集团的现时基本情况,包括集团的成立缘由以及发展进程,指出集团成立的必要性;通过分析集团以及下属各子单位的运营模式(主要从发展规划、行政架构与管理制度、节目规划与市场经营、绩效评估这四个方面分析),集团与子单位之间的管理模式,各子单位直接相互的合作模式,试分析集团的发展模式;通过研究政府与市场对于集团发展的影响,试分析集团今
[Abstract]:This paper takes the operating mode of Guangdong Xinghai Performing Arts Group as the research object. Through the analysis of the current basic situation of the group, including the establishment of the group, as well as the development process, pointed out the necessity of the establishment of the group; By analyzing the operation mode of the group and its sub-units (mainly from the four aspects of development planning, administrative structure and management system, program planning and market management, performance evaluation), the management model between the group and the sub-units is analyzed. The direct cooperation model of each sub-unit, try to analyze the development model of the group; By studying the influence of government and market on the development of the group, this paper tries to analyze the influence of the group on the development of the group.
