《黄帝内经》中关于音乐治疗的史料分析

【摘要】： 文章共分为三大部分,分别对音乐治疗、《黄帝内经》以及二者相关内容的史料进行分析和论述。第一部分:分为音乐治疗概述和《黄帝内经》概述两个方面。音乐治疗也被称之为“心理音乐疗法”,它是一门既年轻、涉及范围又很广的新型医疗学科。但就目前音乐治疗的发展情况来看,对于其定义的标准却始终没有一个比较规范的科学认定。音乐治疗其实就是借用音乐作为基本手段,通过对人的心理、生理上的治疗,从而达到调理身体最佳状态的一种治疗形式。而中医和西医在治疗方式上是存有一定差别的,中医注重的是人体本身,西医则是注重人体所得之病,在所用药理和病理方面也是各有不同。《黄帝内经》作为中医学理论四大医著之一,主要研究的是人体生理学、病理学以及治疗原则等,其医学理论是建立于“道家”理论基础之上的,强调的是一种“天人合一”、“形神相一”的思想,并结合了中医学当中“阴阳五行”、“脏腑经络”、“病因病机”等理论学说加以论述。《黄帝内经》的实质讲求的是人体自身的“内养”,而这种理论也逐渐成为了现代人们所追求的“养性”、“养生”的重要理论依据。第二部分:音乐治疗的内容具体可分为语音疗法、乐音疗法、音乐疗法三部分。在“语音疗法”中分别从五音、五脏相音、五声应五音六律这三个方面进行阐述;“乐音疗法”则是音乐治疗体系范围内的重点内容,分别从乐音、五音、六律和十二律、二十五音与二十五音谱及其它乐谱形式、双音疗法以及其他方面的内容进行分析;“音乐疗法”的内容在《黄帝内经》中体现的并不充分,但也为我们总结出了一些具有可行性的合理的理论依据。第三部分:本文论述的重点是将《黄帝内经》中音乐治疗的相关史料进行汇总,并具体分析,通过对《黄帝内经》当中“阴阳”、“脏腑”、“经络”等学说内容上的理论透析,归纳、总结出音乐用于“情志心理治疗”和“生理治疗”当中的相关理论的实际应用,并列举了因不同病因可采用的不同以音乐的形式来进行治疗的方法。文章最后部分是对《黄帝内经》及其音乐治疗方面的总结,并提出了一些自己的意见和建议。
[Abstract]:The article is divided into three parts: music therapy, Huangdi Nei Jing and the historical data of their related contents. The first part is divided into two aspects: an overview of music therapy and an overview of Huangdi's Internal Classic. Music therapy is also called "psycho-music therapy", which is both young. It involves a wide range of new medical disciplines. But in terms of the current development of music therapy. Music therapy is actually borrowing music as a basic means, through the psychological and physical treatment of people. In order to achieve the best state of conditioning a form of treatment. And Chinese medicine and Western medicine in the treatment of a certain difference, Chinese medicine is focused on the human body itself, Western medicine is to pay attention to the disease of the human body. As one of the four medical works of traditional Chinese medicine, it mainly studies human physiology, pathology and therapeutic principles. His medical theory is based on the theory of "Taoism", which emphasizes the thought of "the unity of nature and man" and "the one of form and spirit", and combines the "Yin and Yang five elements" and "Zangfu Meridian" in traditional Chinese medicine. The essence of "Huangdi Nei Jing" is the "inner nourishment" of human body itself, and this theory has gradually become the modern people's pursuit of "nourishment". The important theoretical basis of "health preservation". The second part: the content of music therapy can be divided into three parts: speech therapy, music therapy and music therapy. The five tones should be five notes and six rhythms to explain the three aspects; "Music therapy" is the focus of music treatment system, from music, five notes, six and 12 laws, 25 notes and 25 notes spectrum and other forms of music. Double tone therapy and other aspects of the analysis; The content of "music therapy" is not enough in Huangdi's Internal Classic, but it also sums up some feasible and reasonable theoretical basis for us. The third part: the focus of this paper is to summarize the relevant historical data of music therapy in Huangdi Nei Jing, and analyze it concretely, through the "Yin and Yang", "Zang Fu" in the "Yellow Emperor's Internal Classic". The theory of meridian and collaterals is analyzed and summarized, and the practical application of the related theories in "emotional psychotherapy" and "physiological therapy" is summed up. And enumerates the different methods which can be used in the form of music because of different etiology. The last part of the article is a summary of Huangdi Neijing and its music treatment, and puts forward some opinions and suggestions.
