贺绿汀的音乐教育思想与实践初探

【摘要】：贺绿汀是一位杰出的音乐教育家。其音乐教育思想与实践体现在两大方面:一是高标准和严要求的专业人才观。他期望音乐学生有理想、有抱负、有事业心,做一个有为的新中国的青年;应该鼓起勇气建设崭新的中国音乐;要把握现代中国的时代脉搏,以成熟的技巧,热烈的情绪,反映伟大的时代,从而担负起创造新中国音乐的使命。他认为只有团结和依靠有真才实学并事业心强的教师才能办好音乐教育,好的师资是办好学校的关键所在,没有高水平的教师,就没有高质量的教育。二是建立系统和完整的高等音乐教育体制。为保证教学的高质量,多出人才,出好人才,要建立起囊括大学、中学、小学"一条龙"的音乐专业教育新体制;并重视民族音乐的教育和建设;特别要重视音乐科学研究工作;还要注重音乐教育的提高与普及平衡发展。
[Abstract]:He Lvting is an outstanding music educator. His music education thought and practice are embodied in two aspects: one is the professional talent view of high standards and strict requirements, and he expects music students to have ideal, ambition and career spirit. To be a promising youth in New China; We should have the courage to build a brand new Chinese music; To grasp the pulse of modern China, mature skills, warm feelings, reflect the great times. Therefore, he holds that only the teachers who have the real ability to learn and work hard can run the music education well, and the good teachers are the key to run the school well. Without high-level teachers, there will be no high-quality education. Second, the establishment of a systematic and complete higher music education system. In order to ensure the high quality of teaching, more talents, and better talent, we must establish a comprehensive university and middle school. The new system of music education in primary school; And attach importance to the education and construction of national music; Special attention should be paid to the research of music science; We should also pay attention to the balanced development of music education and popularization.
