普通高校专业音乐教育中长期发展策略与研究

【摘要】：普通高校专业音乐教育如何乘《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要》的东风,制定出相应的中长期改革和发展规划,走出一条适合自身的发展道路,是一个值得每一位普通高校的专业音乐工作者认真思考的问题。利用地方性普通高校遍及全国各地、根植地方的地理条件优势,将挖掘、整理和保护我国各民族、各地域丰富的音乐非物质文化遗产工作与日常专业教学紧密地结合起来,既为自身的中长期发展开辟出一条特色新路,又为全面挖掘、整理和保护各民族各地域音乐非物质文化遗产浩大工程适时培养输送出大量的专业人才,这不失为一条值得探索和认真加以研究的办学方向。
[Abstract]:How to take advantage of the "outline of the National Medium- and Long-term Education Reform and Development Plan" to draw up the corresponding medium- and long-term reform and development plan, so as to find out a development path suitable for oneself?It is a problem worthy of serious consideration by every professional music worker in colleges and universities.Taking advantage of the geographical advantages of local colleges and universities all over the country, the work of excavating, arranging and protecting the various nationalities and regions rich in music intangible cultural heritage in our country is closely combined with the daily professional teaching.It not only opens up a new characteristic road for its medium and long term development, but also trains and conveys a large number of professional talents in time for the project of excavating, sorting out and protecting the music intangible cultural heritage of various nationalities and regions in good time.This is a worthy of exploration and serious study of the direction of running a school.
