正确的嗓音训练对嗓音疾病治疗的探索与研究

【摘要】:嗓音疾病是指人喉及相关器官的疾病所引起的嗓音异常,当嗓音的音量、音调、音质、声音持续时间以及共鸣等出现异常时,即成为嗓音疾病。嗓音疾病在声乐专业学生中普遍存在。对于声乐工作者而言,声带就是最珍贵的乐器,因为歌唱是以最天然的“人声”作为特殊的“乐器”的。但是,据有关资料显示,声乐专业学生患有嗓音疾病的学生占有较高的比例;因嗓音障碍就诊的学生占就诊人次的1/3还多。一些具有较好嗓音天赋的学生,经过一段时间的校园生活和学习之后,有的学生会出现嗓音功能性障碍疾病,甚至有的学生还会出现疾病较长,救治无效的结果。这其中的原因固然是多方面的,不能科学用嗓就是其中一个非常重要的原因。有关资料指出,很多学生由于缺乏正确的嗓音训练常识,长久以来都以不正确的方式练声,导致声带充血、咽、喉充血,慢性咽炎等疾患就会出现。对于声乐工作者来说,嗓音就是生命,嗓音疾病应该得到切实的治疗。 “声病来得声来治”,声乐教学中的一些影响嗓音的不良因素不仅会影响声乐教学的质量,也会给嗓音带来极为不利的影响,严重者会造成嗓音疾病。发声不科学是导致嗓音疾病的重要原因之一,当错误的发声方法造成的不良刺激超过了发声器官的适应能力,就有可能引起局部细胞组织的损伤。发声方法不正确必然会极大地浪费发声能量,破坏发声器官平衡调节的能力,使声带不断地出现毛病,即使通过手术或者药物治疗一时也难以治愈,还难免会频繁地复发。而科学的发声方法是运用最节约发声能量,发挥发声器官最大声学作用,达到最佳艺术发声效果的发声方法,如果能够掌握科学的发声方法,就能够相应地节约发声能量,减轻声带负荷,获得防止很多声带疾病的“免疫功能”,即使声带原本有的一些疾患也大都可以自愈并根除。 本研究系统而较为具体地探讨了正确的嗓音训练对嗓音疾病治疗的意义以及应该不嗓音疾病的具体治疗方法,对于促进常见嗓音疾病的治疗具有重要的意义。本研究共分为四章,第一章是嗓音的声学分析以及常见的嗓音疾病,探讨了嗓音的机能以及几种常见嗓音疾病的症状;第二章是嗓音疾病产生的原因分析,从生理和心理两个角度较为具体地探讨了嗓音疾病产生的原因,并分析了声乐教学中影响嗓音的不良因素,包括发声方法不正确、过度使用嗓音、发声器官疾病等原因;第三章是嗓音训练对嗓音疾病治疗的作用探索,分析了声乐活动中心理活动与生理机能的关系,并指出了在声乐教学中治疗嗓音疾病的一些原则性方法;第四章探讨了如何以正确的嗓音训练促进嗓音疾病治疗,指出了正确嗓音训练的几条原则和一般方法,并具体分析了不同类别嗓音疾病的声乐治疗方法。
[Abstract]:Voice disease refers to the abnormal voice caused by diseases of human larynx and related organs. When the volume, tone, quality, duration and resonance of the voice appear abnormal, it becomes the voice disease. Voice diseases are common among vocal music majors. For vocal music workers, vocal cords are the most precious instruments, because singing is the most natural "voice" as a special "musical instrument." However, according to the relevant data, vocal music major students with voice diseases accounted for a high proportion, because of voice disorders students see a third of the number of visits is still more than one-third. After a period of campus life and study, some students with good voice talent will have the disease of voice functional disorder, and some students will also have the result of long illness and ineffective treatment. Although there are many reasons for this, the scientific use of voice is one of the most important reasons. According to the relevant data, many students, lacking correct common sense of voice training, have been practicing in incorrect ways for a long time, resulting in hyperemia, pharynx, hyperemia, chronic pharyngitis and other diseases. For vocal music workers, voice is life, voice disease should be effectively treated. In vocal music teaching, some bad factors will not only affect the quality of vocal music teaching, but also bring adverse effects to the voice. Unscientific vocalization is one of the important causes of voice disease. When the bad stimulation caused by the wrong vocal method exceeds the adaptive ability of the vocal organ, it may cause the damage of local cellular tissue. The incorrect vocal method will waste the vocal energy greatly, destroy the ability of balance regulation of vocal organs, make the vocal cord constantly appear malfunction, even if it is difficult to cure by operation or drug treatment, it is inevitable to recur frequently. The scientific method is to use the most energy saving sound, the largest acoustic function of the vocal organs, to achieve the best artistic sound effect. If we can master the scientific sound production method, we can save the sound energy accordingly. To reduce the burden of vocal cord, to obtain the "immune function" to prevent many vocal cord diseases, even if some of the original vocal cord diseases can be cured and eradicated. This study systematically and concretely discusses the significance of correct voice training in the treatment of voice diseases and the specific treatment methods which should not be used for the treatment of voice diseases. It is of great significance to promote the treatment of common voice diseases. This research is divided into four chapters. The first chapter is the acoustic analysis of the voice and the common voice diseases, the function of the voice and the symptoms of several common voice diseases, the second chapter is the analysis of the causes of the voice diseases. This paper probes into the causes of voice diseases from two aspects of physiology and psychology, and analyzes the bad factors that affect the voice in vocal music teaching, including incorrect vocal methods, excessive use of voice, diseases of vocal organs, etc. The third chapter explores the role of voice training in the treatment of voice diseases, analyzes the relationship between psychological activities and physiological functions in vocal music activities, and points out some principled methods for the treatment of voice diseases in vocal music teaching. The fourth chapter discusses how to promote the treatment of voice diseases with correct voice training, points out several principles and general methods of correct voice training, and analyzes the vocal music treatment methods of different kinds of voice diseases.
