从“申遗”工作谈传统音乐的保护与发展

【摘要】：作者从目前在全国开展的"申报非物质文化遗产"工作着眼,针对音乐领域"非遗"工作进行中存在的问题,结合实际探讨了传统音乐的保护与发展。作者认为要以可持续发展的观念,结合政府、学者、基层工作人员各方面力量,通过更好的组织开展"申遗"工作,从而为传统音乐的保护与发展开辟道路。
[Abstract]:From the point of view of the "declaration of intangible cultural heritage" carried out in the whole country at present, the author discusses the protection and development of traditional music according to the problems existing in the work of "non-heritage" in the field of music. The author thinks that with the concept of sustainable development, combining with the government, scholars and grass-roots workers, we should carry out the work of "applying for legacy" through better organization, thus opening the way for the protection and development of traditional music.
