自主学习在高职院校音乐教育中运用之研究

【摘要】:胡锦涛总书记在十七大上强调,“育人为本”是我国学校教育的根本任务。当前国际社会间的竞争也逐渐转向以提高各国国民素质、国民能力为主要战略,归根结底,是高素质创新型人才的竞争。而“以美育人”的音乐教育是学校素质教育不可或缺的组成部分。因此,音乐教育“以美育人”和学校教育“育人为本”应该和谐地统一于教育教学之中。那么,如何实现二者间的完美融合,以推动人的全面发展呢?笔者认为,只有在教学中提倡实施自主学习的理念、策略和方法,才‘能更好地发展人的素质和能力。 本课题围绕如何将“自主学习”合理有效地运用于高职院校普通音乐教育的关键环节,作了些有益的探索,主要采用经验总结法、文献收集法、逻辑思辩法、访谈调查法、行动研究法等研究方法,从多角度深层次对高职院校普通音乐教育自主学习进行了分析和论述,旨在论证高职院校提倡音乐自主学习的可能性和必要性,得出了高职院校普通音乐教育自主学习可操作性的基本策略,课堂音乐自主学习的教学模式及其特点,理清高职院校音乐教师应具备的基本素质。
[Abstract]:General Secretary Hu Jintao stressed at the 17th National Congress that educating people is the fundamental task of school education in China. At present, the competition among the international community has gradually turned to the improvement of national quality and national ability as the main strategy. In the final analysis, it is the competition of high-quality innovative talents. The music education of aesthetic education is an indispensable part of quality education in schools. Therefore, music education and school education should harmoniously unify in education and teaching. So, how to achieve the perfect integration between the two, in order to promote the overall development of people? The author thinks that only by promoting the concept, strategy and method of autonomous learning in teaching can we develop people's quality and ability better. This topic revolves around how to apply "independent learning" to the key link of ordinary music education in higher vocational colleges reasonably and effectively. It mainly adopts the methods of experience summary, literature collection, logical thinking, interview and investigation. This paper analyzes and discusses the independent learning of ordinary music education in higher vocational colleges from various angles, such as action research method, in order to demonstrate the possibility and necessity of advocating music autonomous learning in higher vocational colleges. In this paper, the basic strategies of independent learning in general music education in higher vocational colleges, the teaching mode and characteristics of music autonomous learning in classroom are obtained, and the basic qualities of music teachers in higher vocational colleges are clarified.
