[Abstract]:It is recorded in the third volume of Xinhua Literature and History that Xinhua folk songs have originated from the Qin Dynasty and have a history of more than two thousand years since the rise of "Qin Shihuang to the present". The main means of Xinhua people's production, life and customs, the expression of love between men and women, the exorcism of spirits and evil spirits, and the transmission of information and orders to each other are folk songs, handed down from generation to generation, not from generation to generation.
