上海市高校音乐教育实习现状调查
[Abstract]:The purpose of this study is to investigate the current situation of music education practice in normal universities in Shanghai, to understand the innovation of music education practice at present, and to analyze the differences of intern in different schools. The intern and the instructor of the internship base offer suggestions for reference. This study mainly adopts the method of questionnaire and case study. The subjects of the questionnaire are three intern instructors and 118 interns in three colleges and universities with music education major in Shanghai. As well as Shanghai Music Education practice Base of 10 practice guidance teachers. The object of the case study is a high school practice base in East China normal University. Based on the results of the literature discussion, the researcher compiled the questionnaire on the current situation of Music Education practice in Shanghai University as a research tool. It includes: (1) college internship instructor questionnaire (2) 2005 music education intern questionnaire (3) practice base guidance teacher questionnaire. The researchers invited five experts to assess the expert validity of the questionnaire. The reliability and discrimination of the questionnaire were analyzed by predictive questionnaire. After repeated revision, adjustment. Finally, a formal questionnaire is formed. The researchers conducted the test in December 2008, and processed the data collected from the questionnaire with the descriptive system. The conclusions are as follows: 1. The music education practice in the three colleges and universities is arranged in the first half of the fourth year. The duration of practice is 6-8 weeks. All are using a single-cycle one-time internship model. Two colleges and universities have fixed educational practice base. 2. In Shanghai, 3 / 2 of the music education interns are selected through the school arrangement of the practice base. Intern mainly concentrated in junior high school practice, the average weekly intern music classroom teaching hours mainly in 3-4 sessions. 3. Almost all the schools in Shanghai accepted non-music education students. But the vast majority of music education professional interns and non-music education professional interns do not communicate. The vast majority of teachers believe that music education interns are helpful to the work of the practice base. 4. The professional skills and theoretical knowledge of music education interns in Shanghai are generally superior to those of education and teaching ability, class management ability, and education and scientific research ability. 5. There are many differences in the status quo, self-evaluation and suggestions of music education interns with different background variables. 6. Compared with the traditional music education practice, the practice time, content, procedure and evaluation of the practice base of a senior middle school in Pudong have many advantages, which are worthy of reference. According to the conclusion of the study, to the colleges and universities, interns and practice base guidance teachers put forward suggestions.
