株洲市社会音乐办学现状调查与策略研究

【摘要】：近些年,随着我国教育水平的快速提升,社会音乐教育也得到了高速发展,但受到经济、文化等因素以及我国教育大环境中一些消极因素的影响,不可避免的存在着教育理念滞后、办学管理不规范、教育功利性强以及教育对象过于狭窄等问题。本论文针对株洲市社会音乐办学的现状,通过问卷调查的形式,对湖南省株洲市社会音乐办学的现状进行了深入的调查,分析了当地社会音乐办学存在的问题,同时提出了解决相应问题的策略。论文第一部分对选题缘由、选题意义进行了阐述。并且介绍了国内外对社会音乐办学的研究综述。把本论文的研究方法及内容进行了简单的介绍。论文第二部分对社会音乐办学的概念进行了界定。同时介绍了社会音乐办学的特点、意义以及优势。论文第三部分对调查所得来的数据进行了整理和分析,介绍了株洲市社会音乐办学的基本现状,并且总结了其存在的基本问题,即社会音乐办学有广泛的生源,但教育对象狭窄：社会音乐办学机构管理不规范、趋于功利性；社会音乐办学与家庭音乐教育脱离；教师教学过程不严谨等问题,并对问题存在原因进行了分析。论文第四部分对株洲市社会音乐办学所存在问题提出了相关的策略,即转变社会音乐办学教育理念,努力破除社会音乐教育的功利性思想；努力使教育对象种类多样化,面向更多的社会大众,普及全民社会音乐教育；家庭要给孩子创造良好音乐学习环境,学校音乐教育与社会音乐教育相互配合,家庭、学校与社会音乐教育协调发展；加强对社会音乐教育的规范管理；社会音乐教育评价体系多元化,让社会音乐教育在发展过程中接受有效的监督,从而达到鞭策社会音乐教育机构良性发展的目的。论文最后一部分是结语,对本论文的研究做了简要的总结,并指出不足之处。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid improvement of educational level in our country, social music education has also been developed at a high speed. However, it is influenced by economic, cultural and other factors, as well as some negative factors in the educational environment of our country. Inevitably, there are some problems, such as lagged educational idea, irregular management, strong utilitarian education and too narrow educational object. This paper aims at the present situation of Zhuzhou social music school, through the form of questionnaire survey. This paper makes a deep investigation on the current situation of running a school of social music in Zhuzhou City, Hunan Province, analyzes the problems existing in running a school of local social music, and puts forward some strategies to solve the corresponding problems. The first part of the thesis expounds the reason and significance of the topic, and introduces the domestic and foreign research on the school of social music, and briefly introduces the research methods and contents of this paper. The second part of the paper defines the concept of social music school, and introduces the characteristics, significance and advantages of social music school. In the third part of the paper, the data obtained from the investigation are analyzed, the basic status of Zhuzhou social music school is introduced, and the basic problems are summarized, that is, the social music school has a wide range of students. But the object of education is narrow: the management of social music school is not standardized and tends to be utilitarian; the school of social music is divorced from the education of family music; the teaching process of teachers is not rigorous and so on, and the reasons for the problems are analyzed. In the 4th part of the thesis, the author puts forward the relevant strategies to the problems existing in the school running of social music in Zhuzhou, that is, to change the educational concept of social music, to try to break down the utilitarian thought of social music education, and to diversify the educational objects. The family should create a good music learning environment for the children, the school music education and the social music education cooperate with each other, the family, the school and the society music education coordinated development; To strengthen the standardized management of social music education, to diversify the evaluation system of social music education, to make social music education accept effective supervision in the process of development, and to achieve the purpose of encouraging the healthy development of social music education institutions. The last part of the paper is the conclusion, which makes a brief summary of the research and points out the shortcomings.
