澳大利亚墨尔本大学音乐教师教育课程体系研究

【摘要】:近年来,由于经济全球化的冲击,教育领域也受到影响。世界各国都认识到,提高经济水平和综合国力的重要因素是教育,而提高教育质量的关键是完善教师教育。经过长期争论,教育界和教育理论界已达成共识:教师具有专业人员的基本特点,提高教师教育的专业化程度是推进教师教育、进而提升国家教育水平的重要举措。 目前,,世界上包括美国、欧洲国家在内的很多发达国家在音乐教育领域都形成了自己的特色,音乐教师教育体制相对完善。相比之下,我国属于教师教育起步较晚的国家,我国的音乐教师教育及其研究尚处于初级阶段,职前培养和职后培训两个部分有待进行规范和相互衔接,形成“一体化”的音乐教师教育体系。其中,职前培养部分是整个音乐教师教育体系的关键,形成高水平和高质量的音乐教师职前培养,是提升音乐教师教育整体水平的关键。 音乐教师教育的职前培养在大学完成,职前培养的核心是课程体系。本文期待通过对澳大利亚这一发达国家中一所著名大学音乐学院——墨尔本大学音乐学院音乐教师教育课程体系进行分析,获得对我国有益的启示,为我国音乐教师教育专业化水平的提升提供有益的借鉴。 本文研究共分四个部分:第一部分为问题的提出,主要从国际教师教育背景角度出发,阐述我国教师教育领域以及音乐教师教育领域的发展状况和存在问题,引出对澳大利亚墨尔本大学音乐教师教育学位——五年制音乐暨教育双学位课程体系的分析;第二部分对五年制音乐暨教
[Abstract]:In recent years, due to the impact of economic globalization, the field of education has also been affected.Countries all over the world realize that education is an important factor to improve economic level and comprehensive national strength, and the key to improve the quality of education is to perfect teacher education.After a long debate, the educational circles and the educational theorists have reached a consensus: teachers have the basic characteristics of professionals, to improve the degree of specialization of teacher education is an important measure to promote teacher education, and then improve the level of education in the country.At present, many developed countries in the world, including the United States and European countries, have formed their own characteristics in the field of music education, and the education system of music teachers is relatively perfect.In contrast, our country belongs to the country where teacher education started relatively late, the music teacher education and its research are still in the initial stage, the two parts of pre-service training and post-service training need to be standardized and connected with each other.To form an integrated music teacher education system.Among them, the part of pre-service training is the key of the whole music teacher education system, and the key to improve the overall level of music teacher education is to form a high level and high quality music teacher pre-service training.The pre-service training of music teachers is completed in university, and the core of pre-service training is the curriculum system.This paper looks forward to the analysis of music teacher education curriculum system of Melbourne University Conservatory of Music, a famous university in Australia, which is a developed country, in order to obtain beneficial enlightenment to our country.It provides a useful reference for the improvement of the professional level of music teachers' education in our country.This paper is divided into four parts: the first part is the problem, mainly from the perspective of international teacher education background, expounds the development and existing problems in the field of teacher education and music teacher education in China.The second part is about the music and teaching of the five-year system of music and education, the second part is the analysis of the music teacher education degree of the University of Melbourne, Australia.
