高师音乐教育产业化问题探析

【摘要】：学生的就业问题是制约高师发展的瓶颈,如何培养新型的多元化人才以适应社会的需求,就成为高师教育亟待解决的问题。高等音乐教育产业化在给全社会带来很多积极的影响之外,我们还应该清醒意识到它相应产生的一些弊端。如音乐教育质量的下降、影响社会公平的实施、有可能导致政府对音乐教育投资的减少、学生就业压力的增大。对这些问题,我们应该坚决纠正,决对不能任其蔓延。要继续加大高师音乐教育产业化力度,充分利用高师音乐教育产业化这把"双刃剑",增强师资队伍建设,培养"适销对路"音乐人才,加大政府管制力度,让产业合理有序的发展。
[Abstract]:The problem of students' employment is the bottleneck that restricts the development of normal universities. How to train new diversified talents to meet the needs of the society has become an urgent problem to be solved in normal education.Besides bringing a lot of positive influence to the whole society, the industrialization of higher music education should also be aware of some disadvantages.If the quality of music education drops, which affects the implementation of social equity, it may lead to the decrease of government investment in music education and the increase of students' employment pressure.We should resolutely correct these problems and never allow them to spread.It is necessary to continue to increase the industrialization of music education in normal universities, make full use of the "double-edged sword" of the industrialization of music education in normal universities, strengthen the construction of teachers' ranks, train "marketable" music talents, and strengthen government control.Let the industry develop in a reasonable and orderly manner.
