制约普通高校音乐教育的客观因素探析

【摘要】:我国的音乐教育自古以来就具有普及性,无论是从崇尚“礼乐制度”时的“乐教”到盛唐时期的“梨园”、“教坊”,,或是从“学堂乐歌”到“西乐东进”的集体教学形式,还是从《全国学校艺术教育总体规划》到《全国普通高校公共艺术课程指导方案》,无疑都在依据音乐的功能体现音乐教育的普及性目标。在音乐教育发展的过程中分离出来的专业音乐教育的一大功能就是为普及音乐教育提供了师资、教学内容、教学方法和教学理念等方面的支撑。 大多音乐教育的研究者只是研究教师如何教、教什么。音乐教育除了技术和技能的传授以外,主要是以音乐为载体进行人文教育。普通高校的公共音乐教育只靠“高素质、强技能和高尚职业道德”的教师是不能达到开课的目的的。制约普通高校的音乐教育的因素是多方面的,如果把由教师准备并完成的教学内容和所采用的教学方法视为普通音乐教育的内涵的话,那么保障音乐教学内容高质量完成的各个外部因素就是外延,其中外延直接制约着内涵。为了使普通高校的公共音乐教育真正落到实处且日臻完善,就必须研究其制约的各个外部因素,诸如教师的职业道德和综合修养,学生的音乐兴趣、心理需求、审美趋向、道德标准、文化素质和音乐基础等综合修养,各级管理部门的政策和保障等等。在这些外部因素得以保障的情况下,再通过音乐教育的内涵达到人文教育。诚然,在整个过程中内涵和外延是相互作用,相互制约的。
[Abstract]:Music education in our country has been popularized since ancient times, whether it is from "music education" when advocating "etiquette and music system" to "pear garden", "teaching workshop" in the prosperous Tang Dynasty, or collective teaching form from "school music song" to "western music eastward advance".From the General Plan of National School Art Education to the National guiding Program of Public Art Curriculum in Colleges and Universities, it is undoubtedly embodying the goal of popularization of music education according to the function of music.One of the major functions of professional music education, which is separated from the development of music education, is to provide support for the popularization of music education in the aspects of teachers, teaching contents, teaching methods and teaching ideas.Most music education researchers only study how and what teachers teach.In addition to the teaching of technology and skills, music education mainly carries out humanistic education with music as the carrier.Public music education in colleges and universities only depends on the teachers with high quality, strong skills and noble professional ethics.There are many factors restricting the music education in colleges and universities. If the teaching contents and teaching methods prepared and completed by the teachers are regarded as the connotations of the ordinary music education,The external factors that ensure the high quality of music teaching content are the extension, in which the extension directly restricts the connotation.In order to realize and perfect the public music education in colleges and universities, it is necessary to study the external factors which restrict it, such as teachers' professional ethics and comprehensive cultivation, students' musical interests, psychological needs and aesthetic trends.Moral standards, cultural quality and musical foundation, comprehensive cultivation, management departments at all levels of policy and security, and so on.Under the condition that these external factors can be protected, the humanistic education can be achieved through the connotation of music education.It is true that in the whole process of connotation and extension is interactive, mutual constraints.
