歌唱技巧学习的生理心理现象探讨

【摘要】:声乐的学习、演唱过程是一种集声乐技术技巧、心理素质、文化艺术修养以及人生体验为一体的综合性的发展和提高过程。仅仅就声乐技巧本身来说,歌唱中需调动的人体器官分为外器官(可视器官)和内器官(不可视器官),对人体活体内器官(发生器官,呼吸器官)活动进行观察的不可能,使歌唱行为的客观存在成为抽象思维活动,声乐除了进行人声乐器内视化的形象思维使嗓音变得悦耳动听以外,另一特点是还要以丰富的想象、充沛的情感、沟通的欲望来恰当把握角色,表现出语言的美感。所以无论哪一点上将生理训练视作第一位的,都不够综合、全面。我国在声乐方面的研究。由仅仅是技术技巧的研究发展到生理研究,进而发展到心理研究,声乐心理学应运而生。研究者们逐步探索人类歌唱心理与生理的协调问题,这是声乐研究的必由之路。本文根据“从自然阶段到不自然阶段,再到科学发展的自然阶段”声乐理论成果,对当前人们公认科学的唱法进行生理和心理学方面的解析,将歌唱运动中个体的生理心理反应加以对比、归纳和总结,,并在前人研究的基础上,尝试着进行了一系列的假想和推断。将声乐心理研究(综合生理研究)放到一个更高的位置,对歌唱者是以什么样的思维形态主导整个歌唱活动的问题加以研究和探讨。这种将歌唱的生理活动与心理感受进行对比性研究的手法系作者独创,希望能为声乐学习者和嗓音医学工作者开辟出一条新的思路,拓宽视野,为中国的声乐研究事业尽一点微薄之力。 本文以心理学、教育学、声乐心理学的基本原理和研究方法为纲领,着重论述了声乐理论中三个阶段具体到人的听觉系统、发音器官、呼吸器官、共鸣腔体、吐字咬字器官的生理状态以及心理状态分析。通过观察歌唱者注意、感觉、知觉、情绪上的变化,揭示整个声乐学习过程的条件反射机制的科学规律,从而帮助学习者建立正确学习方法的概念,高效率的达到学习目的。 本文分为四个部分:第一部分是引论,概述声乐心理学的研究范围以及立文的主旨。第二部分梳理了心理学以及声乐心理学的历史发展过程,及应用价值,并将声乐心理学研究之不足及空白领域予以说明。第三部分是本文的主体。笔者在人体解剖实验室学习了人类生理结构,以及在山东师范大学教育科学学院进行相关心理学知识的研学之后,对歌唱器官的运动规律及个性心理进行了全面剖析,但因实验器材的匮乏,所以只能将进一步的研究停留在假想阶段。本部分由两节组成,第一节主要进行的是声乐技巧学习的初始阶段——自然状态的成因分析,第二节由参与歌唱运动的主要五组器官——听觉、呼吸、发声、共鸣、吐字器官活动规律与心理感受的实质问题组成。论文的第四部分借助于心理学的方法,提出声乐学习的一般规律和学习方法。第五部分是一个简短结语,用以概括全文。
[Abstract]:The learning of vocal music is a comprehensive development and improvement process which combines the technical skills of vocal music, psychological quality, cultural and artistic accomplishment and life experience. In the vocal music skills itself, the human organs to be mobilized in singing are divided into external organs (visual organs) and internal organs (invisible organs), and to the body of the body. The impossibility of observing the activities of organs (organs, respiratory organs) makes the objective existence of singing behavior become an abstract thinking activity. In addition to making the voice pleasing to the ear in addition to the image thinking of the human voice instrument, the other characteristic is to grasp the role properly with the rich desire, the abundant emotion and the desire for communication. It shows the aesthetic sense of language. So no matter which point the physiological training is regarded as the first one, it is not comprehensive and comprehensive. The research on vocal music in China is developed from the only technical and technical research to the physiological research, and then to the psychological research. The vocal psychology should be transported and born. The researchers are gradually exploring the psychology and life of the human singing. This is the only way for the study of vocal music. According to the vocal theory achievement of "from the natural stage to the unnatural stage and then to the natural stage of scientific development", this paper analyses the physiological and psychological aspects of the current accepted scientific singing method, and compares the physiological and psychological reactions of the individual in the singing movement. On the basis of the predecessors' research, and on the basis of previous studies, a series of imaginations and inferences are carried out. The study of vocal music psychology (comprehensive physiological study) is put to a higher position and the question of what kind of thinking forms the whole singing activity of the singer is studied and discussed. The physiological and psychological feelings of the singing are carried out. The author of the contrastive study of the hand law system is original, and hopes to open up a new idea for vocal music learners and voice medical workers, broaden their horizons and make a little effort for the Chinese vocal music research.
This article, based on the basic principles and research methods of psychology, pedagogy and vocal psychology, focuses on the three stages of the vocal music theory, namely, the human auditory system, the articulation organ, the respiratory organ, the resonating cavity, the physiological state and the psychological state of the articulation and bite organs, and the observation of the singer's attention, sensation, perception, and emotion. The changes in the study reveal the scientific rules of the conditional reflection mechanism of the whole vocal learning process, thus helping the learners to establish the concept of correct learning methods and to achieve the purpose of learning efficiently.
This article is divided into four parts: the first part is the introduction, summarizing the scope of the study of vocal psychology and the main purpose of the article. The second part combs the history of psychology and the historical development of vocal psychology and its application value, and explains the insufficiency of the study of vocal psychology and the blank field. The third part is the main body of this article. After studying the human physiological structure in the human anatomy laboratory and studying the related psychology knowledge in the Institute of education and science of Shandong Normal University, the movement rules and personality psychology of the singing organs are thoroughly analyzed. However, the lack of experimental equipment can only stop the further research in the hypothetical stage. The first section is composed of two sections. The first part is the initial stage of the learning of vocal music skills - the analysis of the causes of the natural state. The second section consists of the five main organs involved in the singing movement - hearing, respiration, sound, resonance, the law of the activity of emossing organs and the substantive problems of psychological feelings. The fourth part of the paper has the aid of psychology. Methods the general rule and learning method of vocal music learning are put forward. The fifth part is a brief conclusion to summarize the whole text.
