普通高等学校艺术类专业音乐会演出项目组织管理研究

【摘要】：自2000年以来我国一些普通高校纷纷开办了艺术专业,作为艺术专业中音乐专业在校生,参与一场音乐会的演出或是独自举办一场音乐会都是必须要经历的,也是得到艺术实践学分的重要途径,同时也给师生们提供了锻炼的机会和展示自己、展示教学成果的平台。本文主要以项目管理、wBS(工作分解结构)和网络计划技术原理的理论为研究基础,采用文献研究法、访谈法、统计法和分析法的研究方法,通过对国内外高校艺术类专业音乐会实践情况的了解和研究,制定了一套西安石油大学音乐会演出项目的方案,并在此方案的基础上设计了网络计划时间图和网络计划费用图,以解决音乐会演出项目案例中存在的时间和费用控制的问题。网络计划时间图主要解决音乐会演出项目时间的控制问题,而网络计划费用图主要解决音乐会演出项目费用的控制问题,两者有效结合起来,最终目的在于花最少的钱用最短的时间保证音乐会演出项目各项工作顺利进行和音乐会如期保质保量完成。本文所设计的网络图具有可复制性,适合在普通高等学校这一特定环境下使用,应该具有一定的推广价值。
[Abstract]:Since 2000, some ordinary colleges and universities in China have set up art majors. As students majoring in music, it is necessary to take part in a concert performance or hold a concert on their own. It is also an important way to get the credit of art practice. It also provides a platform for teachers and students to exercise themselves and show their teaching achievements. Based on the theory of project management wBS (work breakdown structure) and the principle of network planning technology, the research methods of literature research, interview, statistics and analysis are adopted in this paper. Based on the understanding and study of the practice of art concerts in colleges and universities at home and abroad, a set of concert performance projects of Xi'an Petroleum University is established, and on the basis of this scheme, the time chart of network planning and the plan cost chart of network are designed. To solve the problems of time and cost control in concert project cases. The network plan time chart mainly solves the control problem of the concert performance project time, while the network plan expense chart mainly solves the concert performance item expense control question, the two effective combination, The ultimate goal is to spend the minimum amount of money to ensure the smooth performance of the concert project and the quality of the concert completed on schedule. The network diagram designed in this paper is reproducible and suitable for use in the special environment of colleges and universities, and it should be worth popularizing.
