美国《唐哥伍德宣言》对我国普通高校音乐教育的启示

【摘要】：改革开放后的二十多年中我国普通高校音乐教育发展迅速，取得了很大的成绩，但是仍然存在一些问题。其中最主要的问题是：一、普通高校音乐教育没有面向全体学生。二、教学内容设置较随意，缺少对世界音乐文化的认同。美国在二十世纪六十年代发表了《唐哥伍德宣言》(以下简称《宣言》)，《宣言》第一次提倡音乐艺术教育应成为学校课程的核心，，并在1993年美国政府颁布的《2000年目标：美国教育法》中，首次把艺术确定为学校的核心课程(其他核心学科是英语、数学、科学、历史和地理)。在《宣言》的影响下，美国大学都开设了丰富的音乐课程，许多大学还开设了“世界音乐”的内容，并出版了许多“世界音乐”教材。针对我国普通高校音乐教育存在的主要问题，我们应该借鉴唐哥伍德宣言的精神，发展面向全体学生、能够为学生提供世界音乐文化内容的普通高校音乐教育。本文共分三个部分。第一部分主要介绍我国普通高校音乐教育现状及存在的主要问题；第二部分主要介绍《宣言》产生的背景、内容以及影响及；第三部分主要介绍《宣言》对我国普通高校音乐教育的启示。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening to the outside world, music education in colleges and universities has developed rapidly and made great achievements in the past twenty years, but there are still some problems. Among them the most important problem is: first, the ordinary university music education does not face all the students. Second, the content of the teaching is set at random. Lack of recognition of the world's music culture. In the 1960s, the United States issued the Tangerwood Declaration (hereinafter referred to as the Declaration), which for the first time advocated that music and art education should be the core of the school curriculum. In 1993, the US government promulgated the goal of 2000: American Education Act, which for the first time defined art as the core curriculum of schools (other core subjects are English, Mathematics, Science, History and Geography). Under the influence of the Manifesto, American universities have offered rich music courses, and many universities have offered the contents of "World Music". In view of the main problems existing in music education in colleges and universities in China, we should draw lessons from the spirit of the Tangerwood Declaration and develop it for all students. This paper is divided into three parts, which can provide students with music education of the world music culture. The first part mainly introduces the current situation and existing problems of music education in colleges and universities in China, the second part mainly introduces the background, content and influence of the Manifesto. The third part mainly introduces the revelation of the Manifesto to the music education in colleges and universities in China.
