儿童钢琴教师的职业素质及培养途径初探

【摘要】:近年来我国社会钢琴教育发展很快,要保证我国社会钢琴教育的可持 续发展,教育的质量和教师的素质应该同步发展。由于业余钢琴学习者主要是 儿童,习琴者一般是从儿童阶段开始学习钢琴,儿童的钢琴教师的职业素质和受 教育水平在他们的钢琴学习上起着很重要的作用,这个问题也引起了社会的普 遍关注。本文着重对儿童钢琴教师的职业能力进行研究,试图从专业能力、教 学能力和教师道德这三个方面对儿童钢琴教师的职业素质进行界定,与此同时. 对合格的儿童钢琴教师的培养提出呼吁和设想,旨在通过对儿童钢琴教师的职 前培养和终身培训,强化教师的职业素质,保证儿童钢琴教学的质量。希望通 过多元的、有效的途径帮助教师们掌握尽可能科学的、先进的儿童钢琴教学法, 促进社会钢琴教育事业的持续发展。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the social piano education in our country has developed rapidly. In order to ensure the sustainable development of the social piano education in our country, the quality of education and the quality of teachers should develop simultaneously. Since amateur piano learners are mainly children, pianists generally begin to learn the piano from their childhood. The professional quality and educational level of children's piano teachers play an important role in their piano learning. This paper focuses on the professional ability of children piano teachers, and tries to define the professional quality of children piano teachers from three aspects: professional ability, teaching ability and teacher morality. In order to strengthen the professional quality of children's piano teachers and ensure the quality of children's piano teaching, this paper puts forward an appeal and a tentative plan for the training of qualified children's piano teachers through the pre-service training and lifelong training of children's piano teachers. It is hoped that the multivariate and effective ways will help teachers master the scientific and advanced teaching methods of children's piano and promote the sustainable development of social piano education.
