发展性音乐教学评价探索与研究

【摘要】：发展性教学评价是一种全新的教学评价思想,相对于传统教学评价来说,发展性教学评价更加注重对于教学过程的关注,它是基于一定的目标,并在实施中制定明确、具体的阶段性发展目标。发展性教学评价并非以甄别和选拔为目的,而是通过评价来发现学生身上所存在的问题,并找出解决办法,最终促进学生的全面发展,它更注重学生发展的全面性,注重评价方法的多样性和评价主体的多元性。同时,发展性教学评价更加注重学生本人在评价中的作用,不但增加了学生自评和互评的比重,而且关注学生不同个性的发展。音乐学科是以音乐这种艺术门类为主要教学内容的学科,而音乐自身的特性决定了在音乐教学过程中,实施发展性教学评价是具备一定的可能性并且具备一定合理性的。发展性的音乐教学评价是用发展性的评价思想结合音乐学科的特点,以《音乐课程标准》所提倡的教学理念为依据,结合音乐教学当中的实际情况提出所进行的一种有益尝试和探索。本文内容共分三章,其中第一章是从普通教育学的评价思想和音乐学科的特点属性两个角度出发来阐述发展性音乐教学评价的思想理论基础。第二章是分析了传统音乐教学评价的不足以及发展性音乐教学评价所具备的优势。第三章则比较详细的论述了发展性音乐教学评价的基本理念、基本特点、实施程序、实施建议以及探索了几种有可能实施的发展性音乐教学评价方法。作者抱着一种学习的态度将发展性音乐教学评价的问题提出,希望能够得到专家和同行的批评和指点。
[Abstract]:Developmental teaching evaluation is a new teaching evaluation thought. Compared with traditional teaching evaluation, developmental teaching evaluation pays more attention to the teaching process. It is based on certain goals and is clearly formulated in the implementation. The concrete stage development goal. The purpose of developmental teaching evaluation is not to screen and select, but to find out the problems existing in students through evaluation, and to find out solutions to promote the overall development of students, so as to pay more attention to the comprehensiveness of students' development. Pay attention to the diversity of evaluation methods and the diversity of evaluation subjects. At the same time, the developmental teaching evaluation pays more attention to the role of students themselves in the evaluation, which not only increases the proportion of students' self-evaluation and mutual evaluation, but also pays attention to the development of students' different personality. Music is a subject whose main teaching content is music, and the characteristics of music itself determine that it is possible and reasonable to carry out developmental teaching evaluation in the process of music teaching. The developmental evaluation of music teaching is based on the teaching idea advocated by Music Curriculum Standard, which combines the characteristics of music subject with the thought of developmental evaluation. Combined with the actual situation in music teaching, this paper puts forward a useful attempt and exploration. The content of this paper is divided into three chapters. The first chapter expounds the ideological and theoretical basis of developmental music teaching evaluation from two angles: the evaluation thought of general pedagogy and the characteristic attribute of music subject. The second chapter analyzes the shortcomings of the traditional music teaching evaluation and the advantages of the developmental music teaching evaluation. The third chapter discusses in detail the basic concept, basic characteristics, implementation procedures, implementation suggestions and exploration of several possible developmental music teaching evaluation methods. The author puts forward the problem of developmental music teaching evaluation with a learning attitude and hopes to get criticism and advice from experts and peers.
