“诗的正义”:一个亟需重建的文学研究视角

【摘要】："诗的正义"(poetic justice)是17世纪后期英国批评家托马斯·赖默创造的一个文学理论术语或文学研究视角,但有两大缺陷:没有处理好道德(正义)法则与审美法则之间的关系问题;对"正义"内涵的理解过于狭隘。文章从克服"诗的正义"的缺陷入手,来重释这一术语:一是坚持"审美法则优先于道德(正义)法则"的原则,将"诗的正义"的呈现方式从"惩恶扬善"转变为"以美显善";二是论证"诗的正义"的内涵应当是对道德正义、法律正义、政治正义、社会正义、全球正义、生态正义等"正义"诸多义素的糅合、兼容、超越和升华,并强调"情感正义""想象正义""生命正义"是其独特品性。在当今这个迫切需要"正义"的时代,审美优先、扩大内涵的"诗的正义"必将焕发出新的生命力,成为文学伦理学、文学政治学、文学法律学、文学社会学、文学生态学、文化批评等文学跨学科研究的超越性视角和最终价值判断标准。这对"理论之后"的文学基本价值理念的修复和重建也必将产生积极的影响。
[Abstract]:"Justice of Poetry" is a literary theoretical term or literary research perspective coined by Thomas Reimer, a British critic in late 17th century, but there are two major defects: failure to deal with the relationship between moral (justice) law and aesthetic law; The meaning of "justice" is too narrow. This article begins with overcoming the defects of "justice in poetry", and reinterprets the term: first, it insists on the principle that "aesthetic law takes precedence over moral (justice) law". The present way of "justice of poetry" is changed from "punishing evil and promoting good" to "showing good with beauty", and the second is to prove that the connotation of "justice of poetry" should be moral justice, legal justice, political justice, social justice, global justice, The combination, compatibility, transcendence and sublimation of many elements of "justice", such as ecological justice, emphasize that "emotional justice", "imaginative justice" and "life justice" are its unique qualities. The "justice of poetry", which expands its connotation, will be full of new vitality and become the ethics of literature, the political science of literature, the law of literature, the sociology of literature, the ecology of literature. The transcendental angle of view and ultimate value judgment standard of the cross-disciplinary study of literature, such as cultural criticism, will have a positive impact on the restoration and reconstruction of the basic value concept of literature after the theory.
