公共艺术姓“公共”——探究当代中国城市公共艺术的公众性

【摘要】： 近年来,伴随着社会经济的发展和科技水平的大幅提高,人们的生活水平较以往有了明显的改善,但与此同时,我们却发现我们生活的人居环境却大不如前。生活在钢筋水泥铸造的现代城市丛林中的人们开始逐渐意识到生存价值的重要性。公共艺术做为一种彰显都市文化特点,美化都市生活环境,提高人们生活品味的一个重要元素,正日益受到市民大众广泛的关注。从总体来看,我国城市公共艺术创作活动方兴未艾,但绝大多数处于空洞凌乱状态,相关理论研究也显得相对滞后。本篇论文以论述我国城市公共艺术发展中的“公共性”为主题,详尽的阐述了公共艺术基本概念、特性、功能;对我国公共艺术发展历史沿革作了系统的梳理,指出现阶段存在的问题。指明我国城市公共艺术与城市中的人,环境是不可分割的一个整体,公共艺术与城市发展应建立良好的契合关系。在纵览西方国家公共艺术经典之作后,对我国城市公共艺术在全球化背景下的现状进行了分析,并指出我国当代公共艺术未来发展方向,提出具体建议。本文旨在通过对公共艺术相关理论的研究及国外相关领域经典案例的阐述,希冀对我国当代公共艺术的创作,实践及理论研究有所裨益。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the development of social economy and the improvement of science and technology, people's living standard has improved obviously, but at the same time, We find that the living environment we live in is not as good as before. People living in the reinforced concrete cast modern urban jungle are beginning to realize the importance of survival value. Public art is a feature of urban culture. Beautifying the urban living environment and improving people's life taste is an important element, which has been paid more and more attention by the public. Generally speaking, urban public art creation activities in China are in the ascendant, but most of them are in a state of emptiness and chaos. The related theoretical research is also relatively lagging behind. This paper discusses the "publicity" in the development of urban public art in China, and elaborates the basic concepts, characteristics and functions of public art in detail; This paper systematically combs the history of the development of public art in China, points out the existing problems at the present stage, and points out that the environment is an indivisible whole between the urban public art and the people in the city. Public art and urban development should establish a good relationship. After reviewing the classic works of public art in western countries, this paper analyzes the present situation of urban public art in China under the background of globalization. And points out our country contemporary public art future development direction, puts forward the concrete proposal. The purpose of this paper is to study the relevant theories of public art and expound the classical cases of foreign related fields, hoping to be of benefit to the creation, practice and theoretical research of contemporary public art in China.
