文学翻译中的“求同”与“存异”——以《呼兰河传》英译本为例

【摘要】：优质的翻译是实现中国文学"走出去"的重要环节。葛浩文在英译《呼兰河传》的过程中,一方面,尽力对蕴含东北特色的文化色彩词采取"异化"的翻译方法,从而确保译本的"异国情调";另一方面,译者对原著松散的段落结构作了一些调整,使译文"流畅透明"。然而,我们不能忽视的是,译本并没有体现出原著的口语化风格,这对原著的艺术特色造成了一定程度的损害。
[Abstract]:High quality translation is an important link in realizing "going out" in Chinese literature. In the process of translating "Hulan River Biography" into English, GE Haowen, on the one hand, tries his best to adopt the method of "alienation" in the translation of cultural colorific words with the characteristics of Northeast China. On the other hand, the translator has made some adjustments to the loose paragraph structure of the original to make the translation "smooth and transparent." however, we cannot ignore that the translation does not reflect the oral style of the original work. This caused a certain degree of damage to the artistic characteristics of the original work.
