【摘要】：小说的翻译是连接国外文化和本国文化的桥梁,既可以让本国读者以较为轻松的方式阅读小说的精彩内容,又可以从其中了解国外文化。美国小说《暮光之城:暮色》自2005年出版以来,就位居美国《时代周刊》畅销书籍排行榜前列,根据小说改编的电影也随之红遍全球。本文从翻译文本的文化词、主要角色语言风格、俚语和长句的翻译四个方面进行分析,是对文本中使用的具体翻译方法的归纳总结。在文化词的翻译上,主要选择了增译法和脚注法。通过对文化词进行介绍说明,可以使读者全面理解文章所要表达的含义;主要角色语言风格的翻译从风格的一致性出发,尽量达到和原文相统一的风格,从而实现奈达功能对等理论中语言风格保持一致的目的;俚语的翻译主要使用了转译法。俚语具有非正式、多变性等特点,因此可以根据其特点,将俚语翻译成中国读者更为熟悉的语言;长句的翻译从分析长句的特点开始,将复杂的长句拆分或总合,从而使译文更符合汉语的表达习惯。
[Abstract]:The translation of the novel is a bridge between foreign culture and national culture, which enables the readers of our country to read the wonderful content of the novel in a more relaxed way. The American novel Twilight: Twilight has been at the top of the list of time's best-selling books since it was published in 2005. The film based on the novel is also popular all over the world. This paper analyzes the cultural words, the language style of the main characters, the slang and the translation of the long sentences in the translated text. In the translation of cultural words, we mainly choose the method of adding translation and the method of footnotes. By introducing and explaining the cultural words, we can make the readers understand the meaning of the article in an all-round way. The translation of the main characters' language styles is based on the consistency of the styles, and tries to achieve a unified style with the original text, so as to achieve the purpose of keeping the language styles consistent in Nida's functional equivalence theory. The translation of slang mainly uses the method of translation. Slang has the characteristics of informality and variability. Therefore, slang can be translated into a language more familiar to Chinese readers according to its characteristics; the translation of long sentences begins with the analysis of the characteristics of long sentences. Split or aggregate complex long sentences to make the translation more in line with Chinese expression.
