【摘要】：藏品是美术馆赖以生存和发展的基石,规范藏品管理工作是美术馆必须坚守的职责。藏品制度化管理的实施,需要美术馆从提高自身职能的高度来推动和落实,美术馆的领导者和藏品管理者的专业素质,决定了藏品管理工作的成败。藏品专业化管理和研究是美术馆专业工作的重中之重。面对中国社会的高速发展,美术馆藏品的专业化建设已迫在眉睫。
[Abstract]:Collection is the cornerstone of art museum survival and development, and standardizing collection management is the responsibility that art museums must adhere to. The implementation of institutionalized collection management requires the museum to promote and implement its own functions from the perspective of improving its own functions.
