【摘要】： 在有关新媒体艺术内容的目录中,除了数字视频和录像艺术之外,新媒体艺术包括了网络艺术、计算机图形钩脑动画、计算机交互式媒体、电子音乐、激光艺术、全息摄影艺术、机器人技术、虚拟现实、生物技术和基因技术。这个概念将改变彼此相互影响与发展的各种技术与艺术的关系。可以说.新媒体艺术是艺术家和受众如何接触、运用并理解这些技术的艺术。新媒体技术是一种拓展艺术的极佳方式,而且可以传达我们的思想。大多数艺术家生活在有着同样审美冲动和动机的状态中,创作是他们灵感的体现与升华。而今人们发现越来越多的艺术家开始在新媒体的交流领域中工作,创作出许多具有互动性的艺术作品。交流和互动的作品项目是体现艺术家所作所为的最好例证。作为一种客体的存在,新媒体艺术的互动性是其本质的特征,有着许多层面的意义：互动认知、互动行为、互动设计、互动应用等,它不仅仅是技术的功能,其远作的良好程度也将成为一种互动式的社会方式。新媒体艺术项目所需的技术是前所未有的,为了准确划分新媒体艺术的形态.人们可以根据艺术家运用这些技术的方法来界定各种形态存在的意义。艺术创作成为制作一样东西或是用某些树质制作具有交互特点的作品,这个过程具有某种程度的方向性持征。有时艺术家会感到自己必须具备与机器接触的敏感性,不断地利用机遇开启世界的大门。本文首先从新媒体艺术的非传统性；技术王国里的个人主义；新媒体艺术与情境氛围三方面阐述新媒体艺术概况。其次,分析了新媒体艺术与视觉革命。同时,对新媒体艺术的鉴赏喝新媒体艺术的先锋姿态进行了深入的探讨,具有一定的参考价值。

This concept will change the relationship between the various technologies and arts that interact and develop with each other. The art of applying and understanding these technologies. New media technology is an excellent way to expand art and convey our ideas. Most artists live with the same aesthetic impulse and motivation. Creation is the embodiment and sublimation of their inspiration. Nowadays, more and more artists are found to be working in the field of new media communication. Creating many interactive works of art. The project of communication and interaction is the best example of what the artist does. As an object, the interactivity of the new media art is its essential characteristic. There are many aspects of meaning: interactive cognition, interactive behavior, interactive design, interactive application and so on. It is not only a function of technology, but also a kind of interactive social way. The new media art project requires technology that is unprecedented. In order to accurately define the form of new media art, one can define the meaning of the existence of various forms according to the way artists use these techniques. Artistic creation becomes the creation of a thing or the creation of works with interactive characteristics with certain tree qualities. This process has a certain degree of directionality. Sometimes artists feel that they have to be sensitive to machines and constantly take advantage of opportunities to open the door to the world. This paper first expounds the new media art from three aspects: the non-traditional nature of new media art; individualism in the technological kingdom; new media art and situational atmosphere; secondly, analyzes the new media art and visual revolution. This paper probes deeply into the vanguard posture of new media art, which has certain reference value.
