译者认知语境对方言翻译的影响

【摘要】：文学作品中的方言可以彰显作者的写作语言风格,增加阅读趣味,但其翻译往往是文学作品英译的难题。本文以译者认知语境的构成为切入点,以葛浩文译《红高粱》中方言的翻译为研究对象,分析译者认知语境的三类构成因素对方言翻译产生的不同的影响,指出译者需要有意识地构建自己的认知语境,才可能使文学作品中的方言翻译达到最佳关联。
[Abstract]:Dialects in literary works can show the author's writing style and increase reading interest, but their translation is often a difficult problem in English translation of literary works.Taking the formation of cognitive context as the starting point and the translation of dialect in the translation of Red Sorghum as the object of study, this paper analyzes the different influences of three kinds of factors of cognitive context on the translation of dialects.It is pointed out that translators need to construct their cognitive context consciously in order to achieve the optimal relevance of dialect translation in literary works.
